She is very diligent and takes her time in explaining the treatment options available and always make sure you understand what is best for you. Best dentist I have been to so far. I have had a persistent crown issue (comes off) for over a couple of years which my previous dentist(s) could not fix. It took Dr.Jay only a few minutes to figure out the underlying issue. She ordered a new crown which was a different kind to what I had previously. In addition, she tried a different technique to fix the crown. It's been over 1.5 years now and I have had no issues. She is very meticulous, which I find completely lacking with most dentists these days. I highly recommend Dr. Jay.

I had a great experience at Serene Dentistry. The dental hygenist never seemed rushed and took the time to thoroughly clean my teeth and explain ways to floss or brush better. At times I was even given a little mirror to see my teeth with, so I could see what she was talking about. I have never had that done before at a dentist's office.
For example, at my last dentist's office I've been told " You need to brush your back teeth better." Period. At Serene Dentistry they said "You have tartar build up on your back teeth. Here's a mirror so you can see it, and here's some ways that you can help prevent it..."
Everyone was polite and knowledgeable and I'm very happy to have a new dentist's office I like and trust. I have already recommended them to my mother who is is looking for a new dentist herself.

At Serene Dentistry they are very professional, Dr. Jay and her staff are very careful about patients, they also take care of explaning to you the treatment options for your condition along with the cost involved. At for the atmosphere in the new office it's very calming and welcoming, so far I'm happy with the service they have provided me.

I am very happy with the way Serene treats me. Seems to be family owned. Dr. Jay checks in every time I am in the office. Last place I used, I saw THE Dr. once a year and it was always a different Dr. If you are looking for personalized service go to Serene. They even remember that I answer to my middle name.

I had my teeth cleaned, two fillings fixed and one cavity filled. I have very bad TMJ and they were very gentle with me and took their time. They were so understanding of me needing breaks between filings. During the cleaning she worked so hard to be quick but do a great job. The doctor even went above and beyond to find me a doctor who she thinks might be able to help me with my TMJ. Everyone in this office if very nice. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. In fact my husband is going next week to have his teeth cleaned too.
