I have given this office chance and chance again to become the dental service of choice. Each time I go there it's disappointing. My son was seen there just a few days ago for a routine cleaning. The dentist completed the cleaning and as soon as he returned to waiting room, i was approached by the front desk personnel to give me a Wisdom tooth extraction plan. No one gave me any information about the visit we were there for. It would have been nice to hear how the exam went... secondly as I was sitting in waiting room, i looked around and saw mounds of dust and spiderwebs and small pellets allover the waiting room and floor. Terrible experience.

To start off, this is proably my favorite dentist office that I have been to! I went in thinking this was my old dentist office( it had been awhile..which it wasn't and couldn't remember the name to save me), and while it wasn't them, they were so friendly and informative I decide why not give it a shot! I'm so glad I did because it I have ALOT dental of dental work I need done 😂. Their staff definitely makes my experience even better. I also like that they will communicate and give you options financially so that way it can be affordable for you! I also like they have an ortho in office because then you can stick to getting everything done in one place if you decide to further your dental work! Needless to say highly recommend!

It was an overall nice experience. Surprisingly, it was my first comprehensive dental evaluation after almost 2 years and the dentist Mitra Partow explained me in details regarding my condition. She was kind enough to answer all my questions patiently. The hygienist was also very courteous and took all the X-Rays with utmost care. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

I am so throughly pleased with this office. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Dr. Partow is wonderful! She was very gentle and shows so much compassion. I had the pleasure of meeting Sadie for my cleaning she was fantastic! Jessica, Robin, Rachel and Alexis thank you ALL for being so helpful and kind. So happy to be a patient here! I will recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and outstanding dental practice!

If you can stay away, do. There are many other dentist / orthodontist offices you can go to and honestly, I would go anywhere besides here. I’ve come for both dental and orthodontic treatment and here are some of the things I went through:
Dental
- The appointments are constantly behind. Granted, due to my work schedule, I would go on Saturday but despite me being 15-20 min early, my appointment wouldn’t start until 45 min later
- No sense of timing when you were there - understaffed but they were not even proactive with telling you they were behind once you were in the chair. They let me know that they were behind once I got there but maybe it was naive thinking that once I was in the chair, my appointment would start
Orthodontic - note here I have gotten traditional braces done in my teenage years
- BIGGEST THING: I went through 4 (count em 4) orthodontists in the 1 year of Invisalign I went through. Again, maybe naive to think I would only need one that would be able to continue the smile vision
- Every appointment I went to, it seemed that the staff didn’t know why I was there
- Removal of Invisalign darts: Initially was asked which one broke (none were broken), and then what type of braces I had (Invisalign vs. standard). You can see this from my chart and even more than that, by just looking at my teeth
- Retainer fitting appointment - after going back and forth with the manager of this place for a month due to my next point, my retainer making appointment to get a retainer was mistaken for a retainer check. Again, my chart allegedly says I don’t have a retainer. Just look at the chart
- Retainer - I got Invisalign due to a broken permanent retainer (my teeth weren’t great so just getting the retainer rebonded didn’t seem worth it) and they demanded I pay for the bonded retainer. Again, I got Invisalign due to the broken bonded retainer so I’m not sure what the reason for making me pay for it is
- After finally getting my retainer made, I wasn’t even told to come back for a retainer check. Not that I would come back, but I have gotten this treatment done before and my last ortho wasn’t so incompetent not to bring me back in
This place is unorganized, has extremely high turnover of staff (especially their qualified staff as I went through 4 orthodontists) and their front staff and dental assistants couldn’t really be bothered who you are and why you are there. Don’t waste your money and go anywhere else

I was visiting from out of state and had a dental emergency. W.P. Modern Dental got me in quickly and relieved my pain. Dr. Parton and all of the staff are all AWESOME. Kudos to Lexis, Nancy, and Jessica!!! Thank you

Dr. Partow was very inpatient and rude for my appointment but staff was the ones overall who made an error. As we know, people make mistakes and customers has the right to ask questions & get an understanding. I’ve been going to this location for a long time but after today.. I must report things have went downward and the receptionist was agitated because I was trying to get an understanding. I stared at Modern Denistry in Austin where I had great interactions. Customer service and patience is very important..

As we all know dentist work can be nerve-wracking! I have been on the search for a solid dentist, and knew immediately this were to be my new spot. My experience thus far has been warm and welcoming. The whole team does not fail to make you feel comfortable, and search for the perfect solution for whatever issue arises. Dr. Sean, Alexis, Nancy, and Robin have taken amazing care of me. I'm looking forward to continuing the patient relationship with this team, and hope others can find the solace i have with this location.
