We were over charged on a surgery payment, which resulted in fees from our bank. We called the office and the office manager was very rude saying there is nothing they could do about it we asked to speak to her supervisor and she said there is no one above her. Someone did end up calling up back requesting a copy of our bank statement which we sent over a week ago now no one will return our calls and they have not refunded our bank charges they are very rude and take people's money I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone

I will never go back, ever. Team is nice, they were very helpful. But the dentist can turn any simple visit into thousands of dollars worth of work the patient doesn't need. JUST SAY NO. Find a real Dentist, this one practices Faux Dentistry.

A nightmare. I started coming here in 2015 because of a change in insurance, and I have never felt so much frustration towards visiting a dentist before. They tell you that you have all of these things wrong so that they can fill their pockets.

Dr. Partow-Soroushi is friendly as a person, but she did such an awful job on my cavity filling. The edges are sharp and I constantly get food stuck between my teeth now. I mentioned it to her a couple weeks later and without even checking my mouth, she said, "it's normal, it's supposed to be like that." I had another reliable dentist look at it, and they informed me that it was not supposed to look the way it does.

Their orthodontist who comes in, Dr. Bietsch, also gave me a lot of trouble. I wanted to trust his methods on my Invisalign, but had such a horrific experience. First of all, he seemed to rush each visit. His IPR treatment where they are supposed to reduce crowding between the teeth left HUGE gaps between my teeth and he made them so small that they looked like little baby teeth. He reassured me that they would be pushed back together by the end. I looked ridiculous, but decided to believe him. By my last Invisalign tray, there were still obvious gaps. He decided to put metal braces on few a couple months, and it still never fixed the gaps plus my teeth are still crooked. After several visits, complaining, and still getting the wrong results, I decided to give up. I paid a lot of money, and my teeth are messed up because of him.

Also, in a shaving down process on my teeth, I started to feel immense pain and was showing extreme discomfort, and he was just like "don't worry, it's just the cold water." After the visit, I had a terrible aching feeling in the teeth he shaved down for a MONTH. When I complained, he made me feel like I was strange and kept repeating, "in all my years, you're the first person who has ever complained about this," and made me feel like I was the problem.

Please just find another place to go. I wouldn't wish anyone to go through what I went through.

I've found a much better dentist now, Preston Family Dentistry, and I've had ZERO problems there.

Wow. A 6 year loyal patient and it all comes down to money. 6 years of spending thousands of dollars. And we are going back forth over a couple hundred dollars. As If I don’t pay my bills there. As if you don’t trust me. It use to feel like home, and family with the staff from years ago. I understand things change. It saddens me that I have to find somewhere to go after so long.

Sadie the hygienist and Rachel the office manger a great people. they work with you and are fast and efficient, the doctor is also very nice this is my forever dental home 😊

I absolutely love the staff here! They are very professional and super nice every time I go in! They keep the office very clean. I will never switch offices, if you visit them, you will not regret it!

All of the people here are very kind and polite. It’s a very light energy! Every time I come here they make sure I’m comfortable. It’s also easy to talk to the workers rather than some places where it’s awkward silence.

Dr. Mitra Partow and Jessica and front office staff got me in quicky to fix an old broken crown. Love the convenience of the inoffice crown made while you wait.

They have an incredible surgeon that comes to their office once a month. I had my wisdom teeth removed and the whole process was streamlined. I recovered very quickly.

They over charge you and when they get paid from your insurance they never correct their error unless you go there and argue with their billing person. I was overcharged $129 and they didn't even bother to call and let me know. Luckily I reviewed my EOB and found the error. This place charges ridiculous prices for treatment also.
