Freedom Family Dentistry is excellent. The facility is spotless and state of the art. The Dental Hygienists and Office Staff are very considerate, supportive, professional and thorough. The financial aspects are upfront and clear. If a procedure is recommended, the options, costs and likely copays are immediately presented. Dr. Neibauer is friendly, focused, and presents treatment proposed and options clearly. An impressive dental practice.

Hands down, this is THE BEST DENTIST in Fredericksburg!!! You will not find better care and service for all of your dental needs! Justin Neibauer is the perfect dentist and his staff is top-notch. I have been going here for over three years after spending 17 years with less than satisfactory dental care with other local dentists!! I don’t want to let the secret out as to how much of a gem find this practice is.

Staff was amazing, I have no complaints whatsoever. I had an appointment at 9am but got in a bit earlier than that, and they got me checked out and worked on within 3 minutes of signing in. I was out of the office at 9:23- talk about fast, thorough, and professional! No discomfort or pain- at this point I’m recommending them to anyone who is looking for a dentist!!!

Amazing staff very nice and helpful 👍 Dr Neibauer is very professional and always takes time to address any questions or issues... Went in with a cracked crown 👑 and they come back in an hour... less than an hour passed by they called me and said to come back to the office it was finished... went back and Dr Neibauer was waiting for me in the hallway was out in less than 15 minutes.

Through the phone to book my appointment, to the front desk , to Mary and the doctor everyone was nice and welcoming. Mary is very friendly :). The place is super clean, the staff is very professional and the greatest thing is: they were able to have a quick appointment the same day, and i get out very happy.

Every experience I have had with Dr. Neibauer and his staff has been extremely wonderful. The phone experience is amazing as they are very courteous, prompt and helpful. The receptionists are friendly and explain things well. The dental hygienists make me comfortable and engage in wonderful conversations each time. Dr. Neibauer is so good at his skill and does amazing work. The entire experience is always a pleasant one. I highly recommend Freedom Family Dentistry.

The front office staff was very friendly and professional. The building was clean, well lit, and the staff were continuously wiping things down and cleaning, due to COVID. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout my entire cleaning, and was friendly. I only saw the dentist for a few moments, but he did go over each of my concerns and showed me my dental pictures and x-ray images. Overall, I would highly recommend Freedom Family Dentistry. The doctor is great, friendly and even a great creative engineer when it comes to teeth. Unfortunately it's the office staff that poorly reflect on him recently. My entire family will be going to another dentist due to effective failure to communicate and provide any medium of communication if we are unhappy besides having to write reviews like this. It takes just one event like this in the world of customer service to say goodbye and tell everyone that you know of your negative experience.
