I called to get emergency help with a broken filling. They were very helpful in getting me scheduled in quickly. They explain every step in the process and make sure you understand all your options. I was very worried about my appointment, having had bad experiences in the past. After today my opinion, of at least this dentist office, has completely changed. I would recommend them to anyone who wants/needs a compassionate, caring dental family.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled 3 days ago and the customer service was excellent. The staff are friendly and make the experience much better. They worked me in for a Saturday appointment with little notice and pulled my tooth the same day. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have seen doctors Neibauer for what seems like going into 10 years now. I say Doctors because, I was a patient of Dr. Neibauer Sr.
These men changed my life. I will forever grateful to each of them. Dr. Justin Neibauer (freedom family dentistry) takes care of us now. Dr. Neibauer Sr. retired some years ago. I really am thankful that I was able to know Dr. Sr. What I remember most was he lit up the room when he entered it. This took the scare away. I met Dr. Justin and many staff members that are still with Dr. Justin to this very day, that day. For me, This speaks volumes that staff members have been employed by this Doctor for this long.
Currently and for nearly a decade, Dr. Justin Neibauer has been our Doctor/Dentist. As far as I am concerned, he is the best in town. I simply could not go anywhere else.

Justin and the staff are so friendly, they made sure to ease my nerves and make sure I had the best experience with my first tooth extraction. I could not have asked for a more patient and professional staff.

Dr. Niebauer and his staff are friendly, professional and trustworthy. I had a bad experience with the previous dentist I was told I needed to have some cavities filled, went to Dr. Niebauer for a second opinion he told me that I had no cavities, that was seven years ago, have seen him since then. I would say that I like them for my kids and husband as they had no negative comments. However I did feel as though the dental hygienist was judgy. It was almost as though she had told the receptionist something mean about me as they were exchanging looks as I arrived and left. Whether that is the case or not I am not sure, but it certainly not a welcoming experience either way. Not warm staff and going to the dentist is already so much fun!!😵

Professional, clean, and up to date technology. I am a new patient having recently moved to VA. The dentist office definitely isn’t one of my favorite places to go but they made me feel very comfortable and everything went smoothly. I look forward to returning and finishing up my treatment plan.
