We have been coming here for two years and we love it! They have always been kind and always provide a treatment plan if needed. They always make our appointments 6 months out before we leave. When my insurance was charged to much, they provided me a credit! They also have a great referral program too! My kid are 8 and 12 (now) and always have a great experience here. Dr. Justin never provides unnecessary treatment!I have no complaints! I would highly recommend this dentist office!

Dr. Neibauer was amazing! Staff made sure my 13yo son was seen within 48hrs due to a broken tooth. He ended up needing his first extraction and it was painless. This will definitely be our permanent dentist office! Thanks so much! :)

Each visit is a pleasure meeting new and other of the staff who work for Dr. Neibauer. The visit this week, I met Laura who was the great dental assistant who cleaned and checked my teeth. The whole team is outstanding!

First time there today. Everyone was kind and I really enjoyed talking to Kristin the hygienist! Dentist and other staff were so helpful and answered all my questions. Great place.

Unbelievably uncaring condescending and rude front desk appointment clerk. Her total and complete lack of compassion was stunning. It was also hurtful and insulting. I've worked in medical offices and there is no way that behavior such as hers would have ever been tolerated in any of them - not for one minute. Being treated as I was by this front desk employee spoke volumes and told me all I need to know. Therefore, I'll be getting my dental care elsewhere. Period.

This is the dentist to see if you hate the dentist, lol. Everything that I would normally feel anxiety about is done with such a gentle touch, you almost feel silly for dreading it. I went in for a filling today and was out the door in 22 minutes flat- took longer for the novocaine to take effect than the actual drill and fill. I also love how accommodating Dr Neibauer is with my kids. This practice is awesome and I would never go anywhere else.

Best Dentist ever! My family and I have been going to Dr. Justin Neibauer for our dental needs for 10 years now. He is very professional, yet down to earth. He keeps up to date on the latest techniques and products. He gives back to the community all the time! is staff is amazing! They treat us like family! They are always thinking ahead and consider our needs! We are very pleased and recommend them to all!

My annual six month cleaning appointment was very quick and easy. The dental hygienist identified a small problem and it was corrected during the same visit. They have up-to-date technology and my treatment was painless. The staff was super friendly and highly professional. They did a great job!

I was one of Dr. Neibauer's first patients at this location. I told him my anxiety issues and he was amazing with me. I no longer have issues at the dentist with anxiety and my teeth are in great shape! My Invisalign experience was also a great one. I have now moved to Michigan and miss this office terribly. Laura is the BEST hygienist! Professional and personal! My boys, 10and 12 love having their teeth cleaned! She’s so caring and does a great job on all of our teeth!!! We love Dr. Neibauer too!!!
