The dentist that supported me today Lauren, was the best. Lauren is very professional, courteous, and has empathy for her patient. The entire staff was versed on their profession and that meant a lot to someone who only knows that teeth hygiene is the responsibility of the individual. I moved north, but still make the drive to Spotsy to go to Freedom. The office runs smoothly, and I feel like I am always in and out in a timely manner. Most importantly, Laura is the best hygenist I have ever had, and I value that I can trust her and Dr. Neibauer with my dental care. Laura does such a thorough job and is gentle - I have always felt comfortable throughout. Having moved all over the US, visiting dentists in multiple cities & states, including a handful in Spotsy - I am glad to have found the Freedom Family Dentistry, and will continue going to their offices!

Great first experience! Super welcoming coming in, signed some forms all via a tablet! I went in for a chipped tooth. They did x rays really quickly saw the trouble area. The dental assistants were really nice as well. They explained the after steps to me in good detail and we’re super helpful.The dentist was just as great.numbed the area and pulled it really quickly. Overall great experience minus being down a tooth but will come here FOR ALL my dental needs!

From the front of the facility to the back, Freedom Family Dentistry has a group of seasoned professionals who represent the "right stuff!"
The entire staff is very respectful, supportive, professional, and I might add, extremely thorough in all that they do for their patients.
I can't say enough about this truly impressive dental practice. Because my career moved me from New Orleans, La to Virginia, I was simply blessed to find, "the right dentist on my first try!" I have been a patient since 2015 and I have never experienced any problems with my dental work, follow-up care, routine maintenance, or financial issues with billing. A perfect record!
For anyone needing not only a great dentist, who is highly skilled at his craft, but who also works with an equally supportive staff of experts, who actually know what they are doing, then Freedom Family Dentistry is the place you want to go to support all of your dental needs. Starting with a phone call to schedule an appointment, arriving for my appointment and when I left, I was truly impressive with Dr. Neibauer's staff. The staff I talked with were very professional and pleasant. Dr. Neibauer was a different type of dentist meaning he actually sat down and talked with you, not down to you. Dr. Neibauer explained every detail, options, answered all my questions and when I left his office I was very satisfied.

Jennifer offered a warm welcome to the office & Laura (hygienist) did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.
