This was my first time returning to Freedom Family since the Covid 19 outbreak. I was happy with their protocol to keep all of their patients and staff as safe as possible through these times. The staff was wonderful as usual and it was a pleasure to see them and Dr. Neibauer again. I pray they all continue to stay safe and healthy. Thank you to everyone at Freedom Family.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Rachelle made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything that would happen, engaging is a real conversation and grabbing me a water. The staff was quick and through and Dr. Neibauer is kind and encouraging. My girls enjoyed the experience as well and thought everyone was kind. I’m so glad we made the switch!

Staff is very nice and friendly. Dr. Neibauer is a wonderful dentist. I moved to this area 11 years ago and that is how long I have been seeing Dr. Neibauer. He knows what he’s doing and does excellent work. He is also the kind a dentist that Only does what is needed on your teeth. He does not try to do other things that is not necessary.

I’ve been to Freedom Family for the past few years and I’ve always had a great experience. My Hygenist (Amanda) takes the time to know my patient history and each visit and the tools she uses seems tailored to me to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I’ve have several dentists in the past and talking to the Dr. (Justin) about dental options is nicely detailed, easy to understand, comfortable, and focused on giving me the right data to make informed choices.

Dr. Neibauer is a great dentist. I've been to his practice twice and both times have been pleasant experiences. He is professional and friendly and so are his hygienists and front office personnel. I was recommend his office from my boss and have already recommended two other people to go there. If you're looking for a great dentist then this is the place to go

Ever since I was a teenager and had a sports injury to my mouth and teeth and having a extremely bad experience with a dentist. I have had little respect for the profession. But Dr. Justin Neibauer and his staff changed my thinking dramatically, him and the staff are all enjoyable, professional and fun to be around. Recommend them all very highly.

I just had a filling done today and let the staff know that I hadn't had one since I was a child, so I was a little nervous. I also informed them that I tend to pass out when I get shots. They changed the anesthetic for me and checked on me often to make sure I was okay. The filling took less than 10 minutes. They were fantastic! I don't think I'll be afraid again as long as I'm going to Freedom Family Dental.

This practice is not my families dentist but I had somewhat of an energency when my dentist was closed. Not only did they fit me in but the team there is fantastic. They are friendly, thorough and with reasonable prices. I highly recommend!! Oh...and Tracy is awesome!!! Felt like I knew her for years :)
