Had a appointment today. The entire staff is just outstanding. The front desk is very efficient and friendly. It took me a total of 5 minutes to complete the entire check-in process.
The young lady who got me set up with x-rays and in the exam room was a delight to talk to while she was setting up.
As for the doctor even though he had not seen me in 9 months he was up to date on everything and even seemed to remember my last visit. Doctor Neibauer is just the best.
I would recommend Freedom Family to anyone.

I came in today after making an appointment last week to fill a chipped tooth. I was completely new to this practice, so I didn’t know what to expect. But off the bat, the practice looked very clean and relaxing- almost felt like a spa/salon of sorts. Everyone was super friendly and chatty with me (Tracy was phenomenal!) which really eased my anxiety about the fill for my chip. I also really appreciated that they had up to date technology, and even let me see through a camera projection on a TV in front of me exactly what they’re looking at and talking about, rather than me just taking their word like i’m used to. One of the receptionists came into my room to do a itemized template of all the things I was recommended to do as well as a price with/without insurance, so I was able to decide what I could afford at the moment. Dr. Neibauer was very understanding of my dental fears and worked with me to get what I needed done at no pain. Plus he asked for consent in doing anything before proceeding! Overall an amazing experience (for a newbie) and I expect to return!!!

The appointment was at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:15 AM and was greeted warmly and in a short time was taken in. Each and everyone was upbeat and very professional. I was there for my biannual cleaning. It went very smoothly and was done in a timely manner. I recommend this practice highly.
