Dr. Neibauer and his whole staff are so fantastic! I loved everything about them. Our whole family is going to switch over to his practice. They are so professional, knowledgeable, personable, and at the same time laid-back. They explain all of your available options to you and let you decide what you would (or wouldn’t) like to have done. 10/10 would recommend 😃

I had another great dentist appointment! Today was my 3rd cleaning at FFD. Very friendly staff/hygienist and very gentle during my cleaning.
*I was surprised that not all staff were masked considering how strict the office use to be and considering they use to have covid questionnaire prior to being seen back a year ago.

I've been going to this practice for over a year and I'm always impressed at the professionalism and the way they make everyone feel at home. They take time to listen. My latest experience was a broken crown on my front tooth, they worked to get me in immediately. Trust them with your teeth and overall health. You won't be disappointed.

Everyone is very nice and personable, do great work. I do wish they’d allow nitrous oxide for cleanings for those with dental phobia/anxiety. I was told no when I asked in the past. They did allow it for a cavity filling.

We love this place. Myself and my husband are both Vets and as a result were TERRIFIED of dentists. Dr. Neibauer is amazing as is his staff. We've been going here many years. He is very common sense, not pushy and takes how you feel into consideration when giving options. He does the least invasive procedure to fix the problem and is an absolute sweetheart! His staff love working for him (I've never heard them say a bad thing when I tell them I think he's the best and they always agree).

Had my 6 month cleaning and check up today. Been coming to the Family since its opening!!! Had the "A" team of Laura and Christian do my cleaning, and they are the best in the business!! And Dr. Justin did a look over to make sure all was good with my gums and teeth health! They are, just what they say they are, a family business, that's why they are constantly busy!! Its hard to please everyone with every issue there is in life, but if you want good work and an honest opinion of your dental needs, Family Dentistry is the place!!

I drive about an hour to still come to this office. The hygienists are fantastic and the dentist is always great about explaining what they’re seeing, recommendations and any potential future actions. I used to just find the closest dentist to me, but after having a bad experience at a different office (not Freedom), I will happily drive to see the team at Freedom Family Dentistry because I trust them and they are honest.

Front desk is so rude. Called to make an appointment and was turned off. Why work a job where you interact with other people if you are going to be mean!
