Always a pleasure to see Dr. Neibauer. Kristen and Carolyn were great yesterday! There are always top notch hygienists in this office. I’ve had hygienists in the past that are not very careful when they’re working on my teeth, but Carolyn was great! She was efficient, but she didn’t leave me with bloody gums. As usual, I had a major issue and Dr. Jason N. To the rescue. I was there at 11:30 - filled out paperwork, x-ray, consultation, pictures, numbing, extraction and back in my car by 12:30.
He is gentle, he listens and does what you feel is best for you. I have been a patient of his off and on for 20 years. Due to our insurance situations is the reason for off and on. NOT because of any wrongdoing there. The best dentist I have ever had. The staff. Janice is amazing. Kind and compassionate as well.

Tracie, my technician, was hilarious and proficient at the same time. She knows how to calm nerves due to dental pain. Dr. Neibauer was kind and engaged in my issue. I have been going to Dr. Neibauer for several years and followed when he opened Freedom Family Dentistry. The staff is amazing, everyone is friendly and professional at the same time. I am always seen on time and never have to wait. Dr Neibauer does not push unnecessary treatment and is very patient during any treatment. The office is clean and the staff was cleaning and sanitizing due to Covid. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my appointment. I couldn’t be happier with my dentist and his staff! We have been going here for years and we have never had issues. The staff is really patient and friendly and Dr. Neibauer is great. At the beginning of the year, my oldest had her very first cleaning and the staff was very patient with her since she was so nervous. They were so great, when we went back for her 2nd cleaning, she already knew what was happening, but the hygienist still explained everything to her to make her more comfortable. Will continue to go to Freedom Family Dentistry as long as we are able to.
