The office does a great job with appointment notifications utilizing both texting and emailing. Insurance estimates for any treatment plan are are presented at checkout. All insurance paperwork is filed by the office. The front office is very efficient, professional and courteous.
The hygienists are all very nice and understanding, listening to your concerns in order to give you an excellent experience.
And last but not least, Dr. Neibauer is the best dentist I have ever encountered. I began going to him when he first moved to town and heard that he was so young to be running a new office that it must have been because of his last name. I was so impressed by him that I followed him to his current location. He has all the assets a great dentist and business owner should possess. He is extremely skilled, keeps up with the latest technology and provides a healthy, caring environment for his employees and clients by listening and working toward a common goal of healthy teeth. He is a perfectionist and holds himself to a very high standard and I would say he puts 110% into his business because he loves what he does. Fredericksburg is blessed that he chose to make it his permanent home and stay to raise his family here.

This is the best dentistry I’ve ever used. The dentist and hygienists are all very attentive to the patients needs and comfort. The front desk workers are patient and friendly, as well.
I’m going to Harrisonburg for college in the fall, but I still plan to come down to Freedom Family Dentistry for my twice a year check- up. I am very impressed with them and definitely recommend.
