Had a very hard time getting a first appointment. Office staff and hygienists were super friendly and professional. Dr. seemed in a hurry. Polite, but rushed.

Always such a great group of people to interact with. Always a very positive experience!!! Just love Justin and all of his team!

I really have nothing but the highest regard for the dental team at Freedom Family Dentistry, for the dental services they have provided. They put themselves at great risk to provide me with dental health care, and have really provided excellent service to me to this point. However, not to be overly dramatic, but I write this review with a heavy heart. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I observed behaviors that were troubling to me. As a result, I held back one star, due to their reluctance to observe Covid precautions. It is really saddens me because the staff, in particular Laura the assistant that has always taken care of my teeth, and Dr. Neibaur, have provided outstanding care. I’ve thought about it more since my appointment this week and come to the realization I can no longer allow them to provide my dental health care. Allowing customers to not observe basic Covid precautions, and as I personally observed some staff members walk around maskless, is not acceptable behavior for me from my health care provider. I do want to say, thank you to FFD for the great service you have provided for me in the past.

Dr Neibauer is the gentlest dentist I have EVER had! AND he listens, understands, and uses the best options for his patients. I truly appreciated that his office took me today after I had a tooth emergency. The staff and he are always positive, friendly, and professional.
Updated: 7/27/2022 visit: I continue to meet regularly with Dr Neibauer and his staff. He remembers me (and my needs!) and goes out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable throughout each visit. He is all about building relationships with his patients-- he ensures that my needs have been met and that I am satisfied with the work before I leave!

New to this dentist, but wow! As I told them after my first visit.... You're my forever dentist now! The staff is warm and friendly, the place is open and clean (without smelling like a hospital), and the dentist himself is absolutely wonderful. I've always been afraid to go to the dentist in the past. Don't think that will be an issue anymore. The procedure was over and done with before I even realized it.

I had an emergency dental procedure that I needed done LATE ON A FRIDAY EVENING. Every office in Fredericksburg knew how bad it was but said they couldn’t fit me in. I called Dr. Neibauer office and they brought me in immediately and gave me the procedure I needed so I wouldn’t have to go all weekend with this pain. The staff and Dr. Neibauer we’re so polite, friendly, and patient. I have found a new dental office for all my work.

An amazing dental experience. The staff is awesome; from your first interaction at the front desk, to your chatting with Dr. Neibauer either during your exam or if you have to have any work done. They are professional, they are friendly, and they take the whole experience of "going to the dentist" to a new level.

Great experience. This was my first visit to this dental practice. Dr. Nebauer was great, he was very caring and understanding. He listened and addressed all my concerns.

Getting new dentures for my father has been easy. The office is clean and the staff very professional. The appointments have always begun on time and we have always understood what is to come next.
