Aspen Dental

It's was a very welcoming office. All the staff members were friendly and I felt real comfortable with the members that I had doing the part before the dentist seen me. I really felt comfortable with the dentist. He is the only other dentist that I felt safe with was my prior dentist and I trusted him. Over all I had an awesome experience with my visit

The service I got was great. When I was getting my x-rays the technician was very conversational and understanding when he was doing it. He said that he tries to go as fast as he can because he knows that it hurts sometimes and I only have one that hurt really bad so it went good. They were open to listening to what I wanted to do with my teeth, although they tried to talk me into doing it a little different that I just don't feel I want to do and they were totally understanding about that and willing to do what I wanted to do in order to get my dentures. I was very satisfied with the service and hope that it stays that way as I work with them to get my dentures

The staff is so incredibly friendly, but I unfortunately left this appointment very disappointed. I made an appointment for a broken tooth, never had one, didn't know what to expect, but I did not expect to take off work, wait an hour in a subzero freezer (my teeth were chattering) for the dentist to look for 2 minutes and tell me they'll set up an appointment. If this is how it's normally done, then that should be explained when making the appointment. I took off work, all bright and happy thinking my tooth would be fixed, to wait an hour and have absolutely nothing done.....they definitely could have gotten the cleaning done while I froze to death waiting. Now I have to take off work two more times to get the work done on separate days. Not complaining if that's the process but it makes me angry that it was never explained in the beginning

We live 4 hours from this office but after we heard how wonderful Dr.Patchett is we made the trip. His services did not disappoint! The office got us in within a timely manner and his thorough work and professional input saved us hundreds of dollars we were going to spend with our local dentist. Highly recommend Dr.Patchett and the entire staff at Aspen Dental in Enterprise, AL.

A great experience at this establishment when getting my dental care done. Sam took very good care of me the moment I walked to the back by thoroughly explaining each process to me before it started. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental needs.

Not paying attention to details of the job. Totally forgot to make records input and had to do the same thing for a second time. When addressed by the office manager, I was told that I could continue with the treatment or they could refund me my money. After calling the corporate office and telling them of my experience, I shortly thereafter received a call from the local office saying that they could no longer offer me their services.
Going to the dentist is not like attending a birthday party for most people! To be treated with a "take it or leave it" attitude and then turned down for future services is a bit much. Not sure what level their decision was made on but I think it is at the office manager level at this time. Several people have complained about the Aspen Dental office in Enterprise, Alabama but I didn't know that it would be so obviously presented in the case of them being at fault. I will request mine and my families dental records and gladly find new dental care.

This was my first visit. I had the BEST experience I have ever had at any dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff were super friendly, they are up front on cost on any and ALL procedures and do not do anything until you you can come up with a plan that is within your budget! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were 2 months out and all the others were 3+ months so I went with Aspen, terrible decision. 2 months go by and they call me on a Thursday to confirm the appointment and we were all set for Monday. Well they call me Friday, the day after we confirmed, at 4 and I was at work and I missed the call and wasn’t able to call back due to them closing at 5. Figured no big deal because I just talked to them day before & my appointment was Monday. Get there Monday for them to tell me that they have canceled my appointment because I didn’t answer Friday when I just spoke to them Thursday, the day before. The blonde headed young girl behind the counter was not being helpful & spoke to the guy who sit sideways behind her & he start making the cut it gestures with his hand to his neck. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL so I said you know what never mind. Waited 2 months and this is how they acted. Worst dentist I’ve ever been and wouldn’t suggest this company to NObody. Save your time & money and go to Dr. Turner or Dr. Howell.

My family and I have been an Aspen dental patience for 4 years. In September 2022, I had an appointment set for October to get a filling because I had tooth decay. They canceled my appointment because the doctor wasn't comfortable about giving me a prescription for my appointment. The dentist and dental assistant suggested the prescription. Drove 2 hours the day before the appointment to pick up the meds and she said she wasn't comfortable. I have severe anxiety over needles. Made me feel like i was being profiled as a drug user. I am clean. Referred me to the Enterprise office. Made 3 attempts to schedule an appointment with no call backs and 2 attempts at the Dothan location. I had to write an review for them to call me back to say they don't want to see me as a patient because they are knowingly know I have a tooth decay and allowing me to be in pain and causing future problems, which is negligence on behalf of this office. I will be filing a report with Alabama's dental associates and a complaint with insurance company.

Would not recommend Dothan or Enterprise Aspen Dental Locations

I haven’t been to a dentist in years and was afraid to go again. The staff at aspen dental in enterprise Alabama made It such a pleasant experience and we’re super helpful explaining things to me and setting up my future appointments around my work schedule. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental work
