Let me start off by saying this: Do your research before coming here. This is a SALES CENTER owned by an investment company, not a preventative care center. On my first visit they did a full mouth x-ray and a thorough dental exam. Guess what? Periodontal Disease.. Went to my regular dentist the next day to get a second opinion and found out that wasn't any further from the truth. My gums were irritated because I had just finishing up an invisible aligner plan but they were HEALTHY. So back to my Aspen visit, after it was explained to me that i would need a special toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, and approximately 4 visits the service would be around $1200. After noticing my sticker shock the office manager to me said: "oh honey i know it's expensive, that's why we offer in house financing". This should be a red flag to ANYONE. This place is designed to prey on the poor and uneducated. BEWARE

I have had the same dental insurance (BCBS) for 35 years and in all that time I have NEVER had a copay for a simple cleaning. Today I was charged a $60.00 copay.
Although the staff is friendly, professional & helpful I will not be returning. The pricing for their services is not worth the convenience (only about 5 miles from my home verses 25 miles for my previous dentist) I first considered when making my primary appointment. I will be returning to my original dentist for my dental care.

Very professional and polite. Staff was very knowledgeable and caring. Prices could be a little better when you don’t have insurance and better payment plans but they did give a discount.

Returning patient and I had 1:45pm appointment and watched people come in with later appointments and we're sent first. Waited over an hour I will not be back. Don't waste your time with this place. Find a dentist who is not part of a god awful chain. Support your local dentist that is what I am going to do.

Everyone was so nice. I am a big baby when it comes to a dentist. Had to have a problem wisdom tooth removed. They talked me through everything they were doing and it went so smooth and pain free. Definitely recommend this office. I was very pleased!

I would leave a less than 1 star rating if there was a star for it.I just left another dentist & found out I need multiple crowns/ root canals now for the teeth they Aspen Dental Enterprise Al. put fillings in 2yrs.ago Decay is under those fillings. 1 tooth is so bad now it has to be pulled unless I have thousands of $ to fix.I guess that is they're ploy to have those teeth fail so I would come back for them to do more expensive work I have good credit so they saw me coming. I regret EVER pulling in theiir parking lot.They saw me coming.Seek dental work elsewhere if you are smart ! Do your research on chain dentistry.It is a very common practice. I wouldn't let them work on a stray dogs teeth.

Had an appt scheduled for over a month because they double booked my first appt. drove 50 miles 1 way again for confirmed scheduled appt to be told it wasn't confirmed while holding the email confirmation in hand. asked why I was coming at her like that when I asked why I couldn't have my confirmed apptTold to have a nice day by a receptionist who got her manners from a rattles age den

1st.time experience was wonder. Everyone was so nice & helpful. Understanding staff & workers. Very patient even took care my lil. One while doing my exam. Marvelist! Couldn't ask for a better office manager & management! Plus the timing was allright as well cause that was with a smile always.So great job Aspen Dental in Enterprise,Al.!

It was my first time visiting and I confirmed my appointment the day before through a verbal , and through the text message to confirm my appointment, I got there and they told me they couldn't see me because they didn't receive the text confirmation message nor did the lady (the receptionist) remember talking to the me the day before to confirm my appointment! To her knowledge she didn't even talk to me but someone indeed did talk to me at the Enterprise,AL location!!!! It was terrible they did not even try to fit me in for my appointment to which a mistake they had made nor did I receive an apology for the mistake that was made by their employers! My friend's appointment was at 11 and they told her that hers was at 12 but yet called her at 8 this morning to see if she could come in at 10:45 on top of that she has been in the back for over an hour and 15 minutes and they are just actually seeing about her mouth now as I write this message. I would not recommend them at all! They have had 2 walk outs as I've been sitting here because of it taking to long and they are not good at communicating about the wait time or what's going on to the point of why people are having to wait over an hour of their actual appointment time to be seen!

Good experience with enterprise office. Explains to me why my top denture wouldn't stay in. My top gum and pallet are flat. Hard to get denture to suction to roof of mouth. Been lined said I need. In plants. Even gave me a brochure to a place that could put those in cheaper than most. Going back to get bottom teeth pulled and denture put in .will recommend enterprise office to family and friends
