Total rip-off. They charged $400 for a "periodontal cleaning" which was no different than a regular cleaning and only took about 40 minutes total. Husband got charged $80 extra for a special "deep" cleaning which was again just a normal cleaning. A friend of mine was charged for a "gingival rinse" where they are supposed to push a needle down below the gums and inject an antimicrobial liquid - here at this Aspen Dental they just squirted the liquid onto the gums which took about 30 seconds for the upper and lower. What a joke. They also try to sell you a $130 electric toothbrush and overly expensive rinses and toothpastes. Will never go back.

Kind and courteous in every way! After many years without dental care, they explained the situation to me without scolding me. They are upfront about everything from procedure, to payment. Aspen is as painless as going to a dentist can possibly be. I thank the whole team.

Was very upset with how they do things I was in for a routine cleaning and wouldn’t give me the cleaning I asked for wanted me to purchase a cleaning I couldn’t afford. If they weren’t in my network I would have never gone there. I feel they need to let ppl know upfront there process so patients are aware before hand and no how to prepare themselves. I was not aware of their process and was upset that I was denied the service I had set up for a basic cleaning and they decided that I need a different cleaning that would cost me 400 $ that I do not have. So I wasted a work day and time for them to do nothing🤬

Great location ( Enterprise), Staff was kind, courteous and attention to detail oriented. Recommend when you make your initial appointment if you’d like a teeth cleaning at the same time request it at that time….

Not very professional, they reschedule appointments without contacting patients first. Then they lie saying they were unable to contact the patient & supposedly they sent a text message saying to contact their office about rescheduling, the text message was never received by the patient. You would think a new business would conduct business better than this.

Mix knowledge, humility, empathy, and wisdom and you have Dr. Mathew and her staff. What you say is important to her. They make eye contact. The Dr. takes the time to explain each step AND the "why" of it. They listened to me. I felt we were all on the same page. No long wait. Your appt time is real! They work quickly but you never feel rushed. Calming, clean, detailed atmosphere. What an amazing experience!

I've been using Aspen Dental since July 2018. I started at the Panama city Beach one where the staff was excellent. Transferred to dothan alaBama and they staff was excellent. Yesterday I had an emergency Dothan was booked but referred me to the Enterprise office. That staff was above and beyond excellent as I was a walk in. I love Aspen Dental

My experience here was wonderful. I wasn't really sure what to expect but the staff was excellent. Maria was my hygienist and I highly recommend if you can get an appointment with her, do it! They've convinced me and won me over regarding chains for dental procedures

Very friendly staff, did a thorough job. Gave me different options and a payment plan also was seen today August 25 and being seen tomorrow at 2 PM to put in a flipper tooth temporary relay.

I find the entire staff of Aspen Dental of Enterprise Alabama to very polite and very helpful, they answer all my questions with easy to understanding answers and are very gentle when working on their clients. They are very understanding when a person is has no tolerance for pain and make it as painless as possible for the client. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing any dental work.
