Had great first appt. However 2nd appt was canceled because they thought I wasn't coming to the assigned appt.. Even though I confirmed through the 10 text messages the week before.. But because I didn't answer the day before because I work 3rd shift and was asleep. So now I have to wait another month to get tooth extracted.. Oh wait no. That was this appt.. They are going to do feelings next one. So who knows when I'll get the tooth fixed that I originally came to get fixed done. đĄ

I had serious concerns since I am losing teeth due to a health condition and I wanted to know all my options. Staff was fairly friendly. Someone checked my gums and most of my numbers were in the acceptable range. The woman who checked my gums looked in my mouth more than the dentist did. The dentist was Extremely rude and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any explanations, choices or solutions. I had to actually ASK him to look at my teeth. The TV commercials certainly imply discussion of the best solution for your needs, but clearly if a patient wants more than regular dental work, this place is not interested.

I had an pleasant experience going to Aspen Dental in Enterprise for the first time! All staff were friendly, sweet, and helpful from check in at the front desk to check out. I'm really glad that I choose Aspen Dental/Enterprise for my dental needs. I do recommend this office if you are looking for all dental care.

Everybody was nice except for the dentist Drew Patchett who wasnât very friendly. But thankfully I didnât need him for anything I only needed a cleaning with the dental hygienist and had x-rays done with Anna. Besides Drew Patchetâs weird attitude during my consultation and being rude to me, everyone else was nice and very efficient. I would recommend this place. However, I think that Drew Patchett shouldn't be rude to his patients.

Aspen dental was awesome!!! After calling around half the day yesterday, I was seen at 8 this morning!! After X-rays, talking with the dentist, and discussing options, a plan was formed. No pressure, great staff and very informative. Would highly recommend this group!!!
