Please do not take your family here. This is the most unprofessional people I have seen in this business. I can not believe the way they treat their patients. They will cancel your appointment without notifying you and they will charge you for stuff without asking you first. And then when you complain they treat you like its your fault. Again please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Was pleasantly surprised by a 5 AM news report, that Aspen Dental was opening on Saturday, June 8th, and would perform free dental procedures on military veterans. I needed urgent dental service because I had lost a crown on Friday night.. I walked-in at 9 AM at the office in Enterprise, AL, and they cheerfully greeted me and treated me with great care. The technologist x-rayed my jaw, almost instantly got a dentist to read the x-ray and examine me, and then sculpted a temporary crown that fit perfectly the first time — certainly had never before experienced such superlative artistic skill. Even with waiting for the six patients in front of me, I was in and out in less than one hour. Words simply cannot express my gratitude. Thank you, Aspen Dental, for your professionalism and selfless service.

My experience here I have to say was better than I expected the staff were super!! Also it to no time to pull my tooth and they did the job so well I suffer no pain at all best Dentist appt thus far I'm very satisfied and would recommend anyone to see them.

I do not recommend. Just wanted to know if they could fix my denture, had to make a appointment to even ask the question. Set for over a hour just to get in, then they doNE exray, with me asking why exray?just want to ask questions. Then they finally said yes they could fix it, so I asked how much? the price was crazy!! so I said never mind, they said they had already started on it, and I hadn't even ok it. Then what they did was fix what I wanted fixed, but scratched up my dentures badly. I don't recommend!!nobody listens to what the customer wants they just do what they want.
