I was really nervous for my visit. Everyone at this office was very nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean office, masks were used and social distance was observed. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Enterprise, Al. for your dental needs.

Today I had two trips to Aspen dental. First and last. Arrived early to process new patient forms because online site wouldn't work. Was the only person waiting and they were 20 minutes late to be called. Got xrayed promptly then sent to another waiting room where I sat for almost another hour. Other customers were getting frustrated as well. There was never any explanation as to the reason it was taking so long. All I wanted was a cleaning not a big deal. Finally I just left. After reading other reviews I'msure I'll have a huge x-ray bill.

They are nice and explained everything to me and gave me options. I called in the morning and they had 2 openings for the same day! During a time of having such awful tooth pain it was great getting in immediately and having choices and getting my tooth fixed! Well worth the drive to the Enterprise office! I can't thank them again. They helped me 3 years ago with another emergency tooth fix

Clean, friendly, covid friendly atmosphere througout. From the front desk to checkout everyone was smiling which made for a pleasant experience. Dr. Jarvis was very knowledgeable about what I was there for this cut my visit time in 1/2 of other dentist in the area. I'm really excited to have chosen Aspen Dental/Enterprise for my dental needs. I do recommend this office if you are looking for all dental care.

Had to have my upper teeth abstracted and was told I had to pay for the injection to numb my mouth, because my insurance don't cover it. They was trying to get $500 out of me. They never submitted the paperwork for approval and comes to find out my insurance covered it. So I was told by Aspen all I had to pay was $80 total. So I get everything done and two months later I get a bill for $950 saying I owe. I'm not paying something that I was told was not my bill. If I had to pay that, Aspen will not perform the procedure until it is paid. That's their error that they will have to eat. Hire better staff that knows what they are doing. Submitt my paperwork to my insurance again, because my insurance will cover it. I have great insurance. That's what they do to get more money out of you. Going somewhere else.

My visit at your Enterprise office was great! My pain level was was not bad at all, considering that I had two teeth pulled.
I would like to say thanks to Office Staff and Doctor Trice and her Staff for a job well done.
I will be back for future services, also to refer my friends, and family to your office.

I was completely thrown off with how incredible their customer service is. Seriously from making the appointment to the actual check up everyone was so kind! I mean just genuine kindness. Making the appointment was incredibly easy. The young lady helping me was so sweet and very personable. Once I came to the appointment everyone was so accommodating. I had to bring my daughter in with me (toddler) and they talked with her and made her feel very comfortable, all while taking care of me. Once seated they played Mickey Mouse for her and let her sit right with me. Not once did they ever make us feel like we had inconvenience them. While they looked at my teeth they also took little moments to talk with her. Everything went so smoothly, I couldn’t even believe it. They were gentle with my teeth and made me feel very comfortable as well. This is an incredible Dentist Office. I’ve been to many dentists as we are military and I am just so amazed at how great they are with their patients. I 100% recommend this place and I’m so glad I picked Aspen Dental!
