I had a pair of dentures made over 9 months ago went back at least 10 times to get them refitted (adjusted) and I still can't wear them they tell me my upper doesn't fit because I have a flat pallet and the lower were poorly made, I could ask for my money back it would go back to my insurance and they did try getting them right so I went to another dentist and had my old ones reclined

My wife had a cleaning at the Enterprise location. The hygienist seemed as thou she was just trying to get it over with a quickly as possible . At one point she left to work on another patient then came back. During the cleaning they were careless with the rinse, my wife ended up with water running down her back and over spray on her face. If our insurance hadn't changed we would have gone to Dr Hall much better service there.

The entire process was so easy. Staff was warm and friendly. Everything was explained in detail and they offered a reasonable payment plan for those without insurance.
I left feeling I am going to be taken care of by good people.

Was able to schedule a same day appointment.

I wish, I could Aspen Dental-10 Stars. From Front desk , X-Rays, Pre- Screening, during treatment and after treatment Plans Everyone involved making First Visit@ Aspen Dental (Stacey, Connie. Dr. Trice, Sierra, Crystal & hopefully, I haven't missed anyone. If, did charge it to my Head not my ❤. Exceeding and Excellence Experience.

Yesterday I had a checkup and from start to finish everyone was kind, personable and knowledgeable. I'll be starting Invisalign with this clinic soon. The monthly payments are more affordable than I expected ~$200/month. $4k altogether.

I had an appointment with thee Entrprise office, that was made in the first week of December in 2018!! I showed up for my appointment today, that was confirmed my text and a phone call.
They told me my appointment was at thee Dothan office. not Enterprise. I said NO, I even made this appointment back in December in Enterprise office for today.It was for cleaning and to get my permanent parcels, also to fix a filling that was done back in thee fall in Dothan, it has come out and I’m in so much pain dealing with that!! They receptionist in Enterprise was NOT helpful at all and keep laughing! I had to walk out because I was so upset and did not want to make a seen in there! My husband was dealing with them as I was on thee phone with Dothan office, asking Megan how this all got missed up. Megan from Dothan office was very helpful. However I will not be seen in Dothan due to Dr.Lewis, whom does bad work! So now I have to suffer until Match 5th due to my feeling coming out! This is over thee top stressful!! My husband whom was helping get appointments straight, had 2 heart attacks last month, so he don’t need Aspen playing games and stressing him out either!! Aspen office in Enterprise needs to take full responsibility for this whole mess up, they mess everything up in Enterprise!! I was last seen in December in Enterprise Aspen Dental office, and my appointment was made for March 1st at 9:30am then for Enterprise.They only set up appointment for filling issue for March 5th, telling my husband I need to wait until April for my appointment for my cleaning and permanent parcels, no I am not!! I will be calling corporate office on Monday! I’m so upset right Know I can’t deal with it today!! Thanks a lot for putting me and my husband through a terrible morning dealing with unprofessional people in thee Enterprise office!!!!!

Very disappointed. My husband works out of state and due to this being a holiday his regular dentist was closed all week.Aspen was open and had an opening at 9 am 12/26. Appt was confirmed and fractured tooth with needed extraction was mentioned. Upon arriving at appt 15 mins early to get paperwork completed he was rudely informed that his tooth would not be pulled today that dentist in office was not regular dentist and they were very full today. After stays the hygienist informed him his tooth wouldn't be pulled until sometime after the new year and that she needed to perform deep tissue cleaning for 700+ dollars. Again it was explained that he worked out of state and didn't have time for root canal and such..just needed it pulled. They didn't seem to be worried about that only how much money they could make.

Very informative but they hype up gum disease to everyone. I was told I have periodontitis without doing a thorough exam. They stuck a measuring tool in my gums and read off more 3's and 4's than 5's. I was informed that I would need a speacilty tooth paste and mouth rinse and on top of that I would need to buy their tooth brush($134.00) along with gum scaling and I was also informed id have to do it for the rest of my life. After a second opinion I was informed that I have beginning stages of gingivitis. I was able to purchase toothpaste mouthwash and a toothbrush of the same quality for a fraction of the price that was quoted to me. Aspen is a large corporation that capitalizes on gum disease in order to make money. I walked in for a quote on a tooth extraction and all of a sudden I needed gum scaling and special oral care. All in all my total was 1900.00. Aspen is a great urgent care dental but please stick with local family dentistry with people who have made it a practice and not a cash cow.
