Worst Dental cleaning EVER! First I get there and the front desk trys to over charge me 22.00 dollars. Then she basically dry scraps my teeth. Puts fluoride on my teeth and sends me on my way WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO RESCHEDULE MY NEXT THREE MONTH CLEANING. Like I should want to come back

They were very busy so there were some long waits but everyone was very nice and kept me informed. The cost of every thing I need done is astronomical but dental work has gotten very expensive. She helped me to find a way t finance it but monthly payments will strtch my budget on a fixed income. The experience was good overall.

I am very happy with Aspen dental and my dentist, boy was she wonderful took good care of you answered all your questions and made you feel like you had some say in what the procedure was going to be like. I had three broken teeth and she took them out with such ease that I didn’t have any soreness or pain. I would recommend my dentist and aspens to anyone that needs work done on their mouth. I’m disabled and on a fixed income and they even made sure that they help me get the bill down as low as possible so at least I had a fighting chance to get my mouth taken care of. Understaffed.. spent 3 hours there and was told they would extract a tooth to only see dentist for about 10 mins. They then wanted to schedule me out and who cares about the infected tooth. Their solution was for me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen daily until i could come back for a scheduled appt . In my chart it states i cant take it and why. I also verbally told them. They are horrible and while waiting i overheard 3 others that were told they would have a service done that day only to have it resceduled. They care about money only and not ther patient They are cold and unproffesional.

Staff was friendly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew how much everything would all cost as well as how billing procedures were going to work. The building is very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. Overall a great experience!

First time using Aspen Dental in Enterprise. I took my special needs son due to a broken tooth. These people were off the charts. Very considerate and kind to him. Explained everything, and answered all my questions. Very pleased with what they did. A big shout out to Dr Trice, Caitlin, Donna and the hygienist who did a deep cleaning on my son. They seemed to act as if they had all the time in the world for us. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs!

TL;DR: Aspen Dental has a good environment, pay autonomy, and state of the art technology. The wait times can get a little long as the day goes on.
Aspen Dental had a clean environment and polite staff. The office is very busy as the day moves forward. It's very important for people to show up early because it took me half an hour beyond my appointment to be seated and x-rayed, let alone see the dentist. Not a testimony to their time management, mostly to how many patients they get.
Beyond this, they have state of the art technology I have never seen before! This made it easy for the dentist to see all my teeth without spending a significant or uncomfortable amount of time in my mouth. I have major, anticipated procedures coming up, which the dentist diagnosed skillfully and easily.
Lastly, THE TELL YOU PRICE UP FRONT BEFORE SCHEDULING PROCEDURES! This is great because it gives people the autonomy to choose what to go through with before they are charged and forced into debt. I need my procedures done, but if I needed to wait to earn the money before I scheduled my appointment, I had that option. I felt a little less helpless when it came to my medical/dental treatment.

Amazing. I couldn't get an appt but the took me as a walk in and the experience was very wonderful. Even though I'm in a lot of pain, they took very good care of me and will doing all of my work from now on. Shout out to Samantha for helping me feel less anxious the entire time.
