I made an appointment to discuss getting a tooth pulled and had a cleaning, a cavity filled, and the tooth pulled at this visit. It was truly the best dental experience I have ever had. So thankful for that! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and supportive. I was given a variety of options for future replacement of teeth that I have had pulled including implants without any pressure at all. I highly recommend this bty Dental office!

I was scared to visit the dentist. chickened out the last time and knew this had to happen as I have an infected wisdom tooth now. They took such good care of me. They walked me through the steps and what was going to happen today and going forward. I left in a great deal of pain but their customer service and just overall caring made the pain tolerable.

They do the one thing I every medical office should do, LISTEN to their patient, work to make the patient comfortable and trusting.

I cracked and old filling 2 weeks ago, called my dentist they couldn’t get me in.
Called BTY got m in that day needed a crown,
They did a great job and today I had permanent one put on today.

Wish they had a special for first time patient with x rays and cleaning like a lot of other dentist in town .
Still need a lot more work done

I would never go back to this place again. Yes the staff are very friendly but this business is very money hungry and it’s so obvious the minute they go over what you need down. They try to get you to get the work done that day after X-rays before even going over a plan and prices. I went here because of the convenience but left with a chemical burn on my face right before a trip. It’s small but noticeable because it’s on my face. I’ve taken pictures of it from the day I got and just been documenting the healing of it. And what’s even more disheartening is the staff who worked on me definitely saw it and didn’t say anything or explain how it happen or how I could treat it. The lady who took my payment didn’t say anything as well. If your willing to not be forth coming about something like that then what else are you willing to do. I’ve been to many different dental offices in various locations and by far was this one the most unprofessional in the sense that they can’t control the tools or products they are using properly. It’s no wonder why I got a chemical burn. Don’t be fooled by their high reviews. They ask patients to give them stellar reviews because they compete against each other in the office for the best reviews. Yes they’re friendly but what business that seeks patients or money wouldn’t be. Definitely will be looking for a dental office that is either family owned, more reputable and doesn’t have mass locations all over the US.

Went back again in april. Dr woo and Cindy were amazing. Explained as they were going and understanding of my pain. Everyone should come here

I just finished my first visit with BTY Dental and I am so impressed! Everyone was wonderful. They answered all my questions and were so nice. Dr. Iris, Bella, and Arin were all the people who helped me in the back. The ladies at the front are really nice and efficient as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Starting drilling in my mouth before it was numb hole leg shaking from nerve pain. He stopped applied more meds but by then i Was so sore. I just delt threw the rest. Unfortunately my experience was no good. He broke not one but two of my teeth one busted In front of the tooth selected for extraction by mistake and another on the other side during " the deep clean" . and notice the review dates theres is tons of fake positive reviews. I had to go bto another dentist to fix what he broke1800 dollars later on top of his fee to mess me up.

BtyDENTAL has everything! From convenient locations to hours to very kind and knowledgeable employees! I’ve been going to the Tikahtnu location for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Like most people, I hate going to the dentist. What I love about this place is that everyone always make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant experience and your dental needs are taken care of. Shout out to Semi for today’s visit! :)

My husband and I visited last week for him to have 2 teeth pulled, Dr. Chan was AMAZING! He was quick, professional and very friendly. Usually going into a dentist office, we don't get funny jokes and great conversations during the visit but this experience for me was phenomenal, especially since the dentist isn't my favorite place to be! The staff was as equally amazing and made sure my husband and I were comfortable. We will definitely be back for sure! I highly recommend btyDental!!

I have some fear of pain and discomfort for the dentist and put it off for years until I finally went a few days ago. Arnold & Dr. Jones made sure that I was taken care of and comfortable. The service was outstanding and I'm scheduled to go back next week, which I am actually excited about. HANDS DOWN the BEST dental experience I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend the Arctic & 36th location as well as Arnold & Dr. Jones as a team.
