Loved it! As always BTY Dental always comes thru for me, I haven’t gone anywhere else after becoming a regular here. Also appreciate the follow up from the front desk, they were able to get me in ASAP after receiving their Voicemail for my regular cleaning! Thank you BTY!!

I must say this was the best dental visit I have ever had! The staff were very friendly and efficient. I arrived to my appointment early and after completing my paperwork, I was back within five minutes for X-rays. The X-ray tech was also the dental assistant to both the hygienist and dentist. I have never had a hygienist with an assistant but it made the cleaning much more comfortable as well as efficient. Every one was very aware of my comfort as a patient which was a nice change from the usual hurried care I have had at other places. From the front desk, X-ray tech, hygienist to the dentist, you could tell they care to take the time to offer a pleasant atmosphere with excellent dental services. I highly recommend and immediately made my appointment for my next visit.

I called for appointment due to toothache and it had been awhile so was just going to get full exam and address tooth. I was nervous going there because my teeth were badly decayed and I have always wanted to fix my front teeth but can only always take care of tooth that is bothering me most at time. I was very pleased when I was asked if I wanted to address the front teeth or the one giving me problem. I was able to use the most of my benefits and address a temporary fix on my front teeth and others until I can do the permanent one and now I can smile with confidence. The whole office from front to back were welcoming and made you feel comfortable. Thank you so much for staying later to help me get my teeth taken care of and now it's up to me to take care of them until I can get money to get back in and work on permanent fix.

I had not been to a dentist in years and was looking for one that would be sensitive to my fears and provide good dental service. From the time I walked in the door Mackynzie was very attentive. She was very friendly and caring about my fears, sensitive to my needs and walked me through all the processes. The Dr also explained everything he did and was very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Rhonda and Dr Ohsie were awesome. Friendly and very professional. Visit was efficient; great overall experience. Office staff was also very patient with me finding insurance information.

Coming back to this review after a few years with the benefit of hindsight.

The filling i received here was poorly set with the cement compound seeping out causing bone loss and receding gum line. After numerous additional opinions it's clear the work i received here was of por quality and has resulted in more damage than anything.

At the time the work was done, i had to receive 5 x-rays as the person placing the filing couldn't tell how it was going so he would make an adjustment and take an x-ray, make an adjustment and take an xray and after all that, he still got it wrong.

Friendly staff and doctors, easy to make appointments, convenient office hours. Did not have a good follow through -- had to contact several times for a receipt for insurance, on last visit dental assistant was a bit brutal with the suction tube, sucked my lip in a couple of times and a bad one close to my throat that caused me to cough and gag. Otherwise great experience - the Dr was very accommodating and fixed a filling that was not settling well w/o charge.

Not what I'm used to! The front desk ladies and the assistant were amazing. The dentist was very short and to the point. She showed her annoyance when I told her I use a combination of water pic and floss instead of floss 100% of the time. They used a power scaler, which I'm not used to, my last hygienist did it all using a hand scaler. It was quite intimidating and made me feel like I was getting a cavity filled. And the dentist kept poking my gums with the hand scaler. The last thing I'm not used to was the Fluoride. The last 6 + years, I've had the paint on Fluoride. This was the foam with the huge trays. It got everywhere! It's an okay dentist if you just want it done and to get it over with but if you want to feel comfortable and welcomed and well cared for this is not the spot.

doctor abosadae ,Lyle and Shelby were absolutely amazing, I have a lot of anxiety when coming here but they made me feel really comfortable with everything. I would recommend them to anyone especially people who don’t like going to the dentist. They make you feel so relaxed. Great job to everyone I defiantly am coming back. Thank you!!

I had a really great experience at this office! I felt very comfortable and well taken care of especially since I always have anxiety with dental appointments. I would definitely recommend this office because the staff was very professional, kind and respectful. I had my appointment with Dr. Hannon ,Pa and Dr. Choi. Mackenzie From the front desk was also so nice and helpful. I really appreciated the service I received there and I actually look forward to going back in 6 months. Thank you to everyone!!!
