Caution. They could damage you credit. I had a procedure done in March and there was a problem with the insurance billing. They did not attmpt to contact me to resolve the issue until I walked into their office nine months later. These people are a danger to your credit. Use them at your own risk.

This was my kids' first time at the dentist and they were awesome! My daughter was a little shy at first but once she saw her brother do an awesome job and get a toy she was all on board! She did even better than he did!
The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming. We showed up to get my wife looked at and they offered to look at the kids as well! Couldn't ask for better service! And on top of it all, the staff already know about insurance through the military and we're able to answer all of our questions!

Well I would like to say , I have had a great experience at BTY dentist on Dimond rd in anchorage. My Dr. Is Dr. Ong. Such a nice young man! He is a very good dentist! What a great bed side manor, he is going very far as a dentist. He has done extensive work on my mouth, so much to go into. But as they say , you pay for what you get! It’s not cheap. This dentist office was very clean and the people are so nice! I went in as a first time patient and they made me feel at ease (I hate going to the dentist). They took care of my insurance because I had no idea what Tri-care covered. They also had a teeth whitening promotion which was a great deal! Love love this place and will continue to come here!

Dr. Cha and his assistant Logan were amazing ! I was super worried about having my wisdom teeth extracted and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They kept me laughing the whole time and genuinely cared. I only got sit with Dr. Young and his assistant Kendra for a short time (I had an impacted tooth he had to do) but they were really great as well. I would definitely refer my family and friends to them.
