Wonderful staff, Dr. Jones, Courtni, and Machenzie were friendly and professional! The dental heigenist, Sunhee, was the best I ever experienced. Normally I dread the cleaning process because of how rough some heigenists can be, but she took a delicate approach to cleaning my teeth and kept checking to see if I was ok.

They charged me for my appointment and I paid cash. Kept my receipt. Then they charged my insurance a different additional amount, after I paid cash. They ripped me off. They rip out your teeth 7 at a time and their "anesthesia" is a joke. my dad heard me screaming from the waiting room as they pulled my teeth.
You can pick from hundreds of dentists in Anchorage. Please do not choose BTY dental.

What a great experience! I think I finally found a place I would come to regularly. Dr. You, Lyle, Ryan, Sunny, Hannah, and Ryder were all so helpful. Dr. You and Lyle were very patient and accomodating to my needs. Thank you so much bty Dental at Tikahtnu!

I was super nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable. I had some fillings done and I also had an IV sedation. I had seen Dr. Man and his assistant was Clairebell. They were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back for my next visit.

Dr Song and Rhonda AMAZING!!! I REALLY do not like the dentist but felt very comfortable with their service. I will be coming back to do more work.

Aside from the fact that I have anxiety Iām also pregnant and the staff along with Mif, LD, and Dr. J Lee made it very comfortable for me. They were very PATIENT and walked me through everything they were doing which was important to me. I definitely recommend this office š!

Bty dental really keeps to there word definitely better than yesterday! They made sure I was comfortable. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and I called got an appointment for about an hour later. And in 30 minutes I was done with the tooth pulling. It was cheap too!

I had Dr. Han today and he was amazing! He is friendly and took time to explain everything to me, making me feel comfortable! He was very informative and professional. Will be requesting him again :) I also liked his assistant Mya, she was very helpful and very nice!

100% recommend, I am just amazed by them. From the front desk to the doctor they treat you like family. They truly care and keep you well Informed about the procedures down to prices and costs. I am doing all of my dental with them for now on!

Staff is very pleasant. Dissatisfied with the billing department. Now, I am not able to reach anyone from the billing department. I paid upfront and now I am getting additional bills. I have called and was redirected to send an email. I sent 2 emails and no response. I started reaching out in May 2021 and now it is July 2021 and no one has returned my inquiry.
