Scared (bleep)less walking in there. But couldn't take it anymore. From the front desk when I walked in through the procedure and then walking away afterwards everyone was professional.....you'd expect that right?? But they were so personable too. Put my fears at easy. Told me what to expect. I cannot thank them enough!!!!

Thanks to this place my mother is screaming and crying wanting to pull her tooth out because this PLACE messed up a perfectly good tooth and took all her benifits. I've never seem her in so much pain in my life and it breaks me. SO PLEASE DONT GO TO BTY DENTAL

Dr. Cha, Michelle, Nicole, Joshua and Yvonne were all fantastic. They were quick to see me and very informative when explaining what they were doing and why. I had an insurance issue, due to my insurance misinforming myself and this dental office, Yvonne was very helpful in getting those issues resolved. Great office!

Cindy and Dr Lee were efficient, professional, and friendly. Everyone involved in my care checked on my comfort frequently, and answered all my questions. Even the weird ones unrelated to dental.

It’s next level impossible to get a hold of any of you guys when all of the phone numbers go to the old Seward and the guy their doesn’t wanna do anything to help all he wants to do is question you on why you want to be transferred to a different location instead of talking to him. he will put you on hold and then your phone call will dropped a couple minutes later that’s horrible customer service!

I brought my son & daughter in for treatment. my daughter is autistic & I am very satisfied how Dr. Choi took care of my daughter. Dr. Lee took good care of my son and he was very calmed throughout the procedure. My son complimented that his Dr. did a great job and would want to continue to see him again. I will continue to bring my kids here. Everyone did an awesome job!!! thank you btydental!
