I recently visited this office as my wisdom tooth had literally broken and impacted. I only knew of this office by reputation and seeing the sogns saying walk in are excepted. .

Their not lying. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, as well as care providers. None of which where bad on the eyes either.

Anyways, Dr. Cha was quick, easy, no anxiety, and painless. All opposite of my past interactions with other dentists. My dental insurance hadn't kicked in yet, so it was out of pocket but even so, it was very reasonably priced!

The building was extremely clean and nicely decorated, it didn't feel like a Dentists office but a very nice lounge almost. Best way I can think to describe it.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and this is coming from a guy with a phobia of Dentists!

Dr Li and Dr Cha were by far my favorite dentists so far. We moved to anchorage last year and needed a dentist. BTY dental accepted our insurance so we thought we'd try them out. The hours are extremely convenient. They were able to fit in my entire family (5). They were thorough and had up to date equipment. Tang and Mackynzie were great with my kids and very patient. The staff are super friendly. I will definitely be referring people here.

Dr. Choi was a great doctor. He did a root canal and crown and did a great job. Talked me through the whole process and explained things thoroughly. Thank you!

My only complaint is not seeing the same dentist every time. However they are always friendly, quick, and always have answers for my insurance questions and how much will be covered. They also handle my fear of needles and the dentist really well.

Bty dental was great. Got me in right away made me feel comfortable and took care of me right away.

I was just at BTY dental. Dr. Jones ,asst Michael And Corey and last but not least Ryan the admin. They each made me feel so comfortable. And not scared. I actually look forward to my next visit. The best staff ever. I recommend BTY Dental at the Tikahtnu center to everyone they are the best.

I went to the Tikahtnu area’s btyDENTAL today. It was my first dentist appointment in years. I was too ashamed to go and very embarrassed when it came to my smile. A lot of my time spent laughing I would cover my face because I was afraid my teeth looked dirty or unbrushed from very visible old stains and cavities. On top of all of this, I was also really worried about the cost of going to a dentist, even with insurance. I had brown spots on nearly every tooth and a lot of pain in my right side— so when looking at my own teeth I assumed they’d be costly or pulled when I came in.

The staff was immediately welcoming and warm, I felt a lot less embarrassed. When showing Tricia my teeth before the x-ray she was understanding and asked me several questions about what I thought had caused them. When she did the X-rays she was sweet and helpful, and reassured me not to be embarrassed or worry as she and Dr. Man charted my teeth. When they brought up the chart I had a problem in most of my teeth, which was not surprising. Dr. Man was kind about this as well, mapped out the problem areas and was very adamant about making sure I wouldn’t feel worried about the cost. Cecily helped me work on a financing plan, and even went back several times to make sure that I would have a monthly rate that was affordable to me, and explained everything thoroughly.

Dr. Man did not pull any teeth, he fixed the teeth causing the painful right side and fixed the cavities and filled the cavities that were making me so embarrassed of my smile. He saved my teeth and the appearance of my smile. Two teeth in the original quote he waived and passed on to do two additional teeth for the same price, which was a wonderful surprise.

He made me feel very at ease and so did Tricia and Sunny. I almost cried when I saw how different my teeth looked. I don’t have to be embarrassed of my smile anymore, and the cost was incredibly cheap in comparison to what I thought they would be.
The people at btyDENTAL are wonderfully sweet and patient orientated. They are compassionate and warm-hearted and I would recommend them to anyone I knew who was afraid of going to the dentist or insecure because of their smile. I’m very happy I was referred here by my friends and family and I will refer anyone I come across because of my pleasant experience. Thank you!
