Polite staffs!! My wife I were seen Seven months ago and moved put of state. Now that we are gling to aboher dentist out of state, I can see that bty Dental did a very good job. My current dentist is okay but not as good. I will be back next year, so I will see you soon!

I had a tooth extracted while holidaying in Anchorage from Australia several weeks ago.
It was great to be able to walk in & be seen immediately as I was in some discomfort.
I thought the staff were terrific - friendly, helpful & professional.
The dentist gave me my options - root canal or extraction. As I was leaving Anchorage next day on a cruise there was only one decision to make.
He had problems with the extraction & had to cut the tooth out. The experience was as good as it could have been under the circumstances, although while he was applying a lot of pressure something slipped. I guess that's why I had some pain in my gum for about a week after.
What I didn't understand was that the painkillers he prescribed cost about $13 in Anchorage but when Walgreens messaged him about a week later to send another script because I needed more painkillers - they cost $93! The pharmacist didn't know why he prescibed different & far more medication than the first lot.
Anyway - I thought BTY was generally terrific!

Good atmosphere. My first time today. Assistant Arnold and Ms Mackenzie was so polite and respectful. Dr. Li was really nice. Easy to talk. Good experience for my first time at bty dental.

It was my first visitation to BTY dental. They were awesome. I was treated by Dr. Cha and Myoungmi for the extractions and others. Do you believe that just one visitation made me be satisfied? I fully recommend you to come to BTY dental if you hesitate to see a doctor or you wonder which dental is the best for you.

In my 40 plus years, this is the best Dentist visit I ever had. The staff is very professional and Dr Cha explain what I need to keep focusing on and how I can improve on taking better care of my teeth. When you visit please make sure you check out the best restroom you will ever see in a public building. Thank you to everyone working at Bty Dental.
