Not the greatest experience. Got cavities filled and the dentist became very impatient. I made him aware before starting that I have a very sensitive mouth and would need extra shots which he gave me and that was great. But I was still in significant pain during the procedure and he clearly got frustrated that I had to make him stop a couple of times because of how much pain I was in. You expect some discomfort when getting cavities filled, but to also have to deal with the dentist being insensitive to your pain and getting irritated with you just makes the whole experience worse.

The receptionist was also very rude during checkout. I was given a quote for the fillings a week before the procedure was completed, but when I went to pay the receptionist did not verify the amount before asking for my card. I gave her my card and simply asked how much it was because a "quote" implies the final payment amount may be more or less. It's also standard practice that a business verify the amount being charged before running your card. For some reason when I asked her to verify the amount she and the dentist got really defensive and she rudely told me "we gave you a quote". When I told her that I just wanted to verify the amount because I did not know if anything had changed she sarcastically stated that "If anything had changed I think we would have told you". The dentist rudely stated that "we give you a quote so there are no surprises"... which makes no sense. The receptionist's attitude was pretty unnecessary and I don't understand why a business would get offended that a client would like to verify payment amount before being charged. She was acting like I did not want to pay for their services or something which was not the case at all and I had already given her my card and was clearly willing to pay. Her reaction was also ridiculous because the dentist then proceeded to tell me that they unexpectedly had to do additional work that would have costed more money, but since they had already quoted me they were not going to charge me for the extra services... despite the fact that they actually could have charged me because I was only given a QUOTE... which is why I was trying to verify the price in the first place... SMH

Dr. You and Jason did a great job cleaning my teeth today. I usually hate going to the dentist but my visit was very comfortable and was finished up quickly.

Well i must say going to get dental work done use to have a certain fear behind it, until today! My 1st time here at bty dental and it was a completly awesome experience. As soon as we walked in all of the people up front stood up and welcomed us to the office. Good start, every pleasent! Genesis helped us with our paper work. She was every nice and explained to us everything we needed to know as well as answering all of our questions. Dr. Man and his assistant Kim proformed my procedures. They are ever nice and professional. They made sure i was comfortable thru out my time i spent with them. I had and extraction and fills. I did NOT feel a thing! It was an overall great experience at bty! Thank you all for your great service!

I have always gotten my dental care at BTY Dental and they never disappoint me with any of my visits! My daughter and I went to the Tikahtnu location and saw Dr. Kim, Dr. SLee and dental assistant Arnold and all 3 of them did a wonderful job with the both of us! They made our visit fun and comfortable with a lot of jokes and laughter. We will definitely come back again for our next dental follow up! :)

moved here from Texas. My Uncle was a dentist and I've had over 12 hygienist experiences in my life. I worked front office and chair side. I've never seen a better group, a more thorough cleaning, a great place.

Dr.Cha and assistant Kendra was an awesome!!! i love the way they made me feel cared and was always making me laugh. i came in with pain and now i leave with a big "SMILE" on my face. i will definitely recommend them to anyone😊 Thank you so very much!😊☺😊👍

Dr. Ylee, and Joshua were angels! But the place should be called gty instead. GENTLER than yesterday! Thank you for helping me! And the office staff was wonderful ❤️

The staff was very friendly and gave good insight on how to take further care of my teeth. I felt very welcome so I didn't worry about the experience you'd typically get from the dentist.

My 7yr old had 4 fillings filled by dr. Abosede and the hygenists were syd and claribelle and he was sooo comfortable. This was his first major dental procedure. Very impressed with how comfortable they all made him feel and kept checking on him throughout. Love them!
