Without having to share too much details, although the dentists and staff are always pleasant and friendly, I am going to look around for other dentistry. I found it unusual that I have been asked to place a rating and did so anyway. I have had services mentioned to me that is not a concern if mines. I don’t think my preferences have been met nor am I getting information to make vital decisions. I am a mother 3 and I appreciate consultations that will help instead of ones that create anxiety.

Stella & Doc Ohsie are AMAZING !!! me & my kids 3 of them where last min schedule but they make us feel welcoming & brighten our teeth for the nice sunny day also they where sooooooo patient with us I recommend them BEST LOCATION to go to & work with them 🤩🤩

I came to BTY for some critical dental work , as I have some major injuries and because of those I was so concerned as to how things would turn out, limited with my insurance, But BTY was amazing! the equipment on hand there is top of the line medical grade dental x-ray
I.V. sedation etc , the place is so clean and sanitary , and dr. Hans and DR. Kim were so knowledgeable and gave me the confidence I needed to relax and felt in good hands, after my procedure I was given detailed instructions with antibiotics and they adjusted everything I needed to healed up and be on my way.
The staff was supper friendly , as each held a sense of dental knowledge that gave me a calmness and that is so important. everything was handled so well and cant express how thankful I am that I had my dental work done at BTY,,wow what a difference.

I had a tooth that had started to hurt. They had same day appointments which was awesome! The dentist I saw explained everything and showed me my images. He told me he would try his best but I may need the root canal anyway - and I did. But there was no surprise charges. Everything was upfront. I loved that they also offered the In house dental plan and will sign up for that. Thanks for a great experience. Also felt very safe that they were taking Covid seriously :)

Came in 1st time with a split/damaged crown the staff took me in and took care of me. Sore from the cleaning and temp crown procedure but given time I'll be right back up better than I came in. Everyone was super nice and I would highly recommend friends and family for their future dental needs! 😁

They gave me a hard time with me wanting them to just pull my tooth! An that was Friday here I am Monday still swollen, an in pain since they never called in my antibiotics!!! I wish they cared half as much about their patients as they do with trying too make more $!!!
