I was very please with the staff and the Doctors at BTY on Dimond. The were very professional and quick to see me same day for an extraction as well as build up a dental plan for me to get my smile back to what it should be. I would recommend them to any and all of my friends and family

The staff there are very kind and explain everything that needs to be done and show you. They make sure you are comfortable and don't feel pain when they work on your teeth.

Dr. Man, the dental assistants Rachel and Kelly, and the administrator Lindsey were all very helpful and attentive. They knew what they were doing so that makes me want to come back to see them again. I give them all 5 stars!!!!

The staff (Dr. Cha, Tracy, and Kira) were helpful and knowledgeable, and did their best to make us comfortable. Dr. Cha made the extraction as quick and painless as possible - it literally took five seconds. However, twice now we've had to wait more than 20 minutes past our appointment time to even get in the exam room. Timeliness not this office's strength. Also, no TV's in the rooms - this would really help with keeping the kiddo calm.

They were able to get me in the same day and they also got my daughter in as well. The staff were all very friendly Dr Onsie, Abusede, Syney, Maria and the lady at the front desk was wonderful too. I am sorry I did not get her name. Thank you for your great customer service. I would recommend coming here if you want to get you dental work taken care of efficiently. They did a lot of work in just one appointment and gave me a treatment plan with what was left that was not covered by my insurance. They also let me know about financing options. Thanks BTY Dental =)

Great Dentists and Staff. Had some work done and a filing and even though it was very deep had 0 Pain. Very happy with fast and professional service. I will definitely be back. Dentist explained everything very well.

I'm very terrified of going to the dentist, but my two daughters and I went to BTY in Tikatanu Tuesday Feb 27th at 6pm. We saw Dr You, he's amazing! He explained everything to me and did his very best to cause as little pain as possible. I ended up needing a lot of dental work so he ended up staying way past the 8pm mark. I felt really bad but he never made me feel like I was holding him up or anything. He was very cheerful and funny(he was taking a vote on pizza of sandwiches, which is better? Pizza won every time lol). From now on Dr You will be the dentist my family will be seeing while here in Alaska! My teeth feel great! Also, Rachel was assisting him, she was amazing too. She kept reassuring me that everyone at so point has a dental problem and that I would be ok. She helped calm my fear for what was to come. She kept checking on me periodically which was comforting. It got a little chilly in the office so she provided a blanket for me. That was great, it made me even more comfortable while getting the work done. Mackynzie was very kind and informative. She helped with getting me and my children registered and explained in detail everything that would be done that day. She was very patient and helpful! My families overall experience was awesome. Not to mention my two girls now think Mr. You is the tooth fairy lol

I was looking for a new dental office and I found it! Totally professional! Outstanding service! No wait time! I walked in to schedule an appointment and they gave me same day walk-in service. Dr. Yun and Bethany were fantastic! Got my cleaning and checkup done in one appointment!
