Finding a good dentist is hit or miss for us, as we have moved often, but Bty was a definite hit. Great experience, quality work, easy to schedule. They were even able to fix dental work for a miss dentist in the same day, as opposed to the regularly rescheduling of a second visit. So excited to have found this gem, we just found our new dental home.

I've been to BTY 3 times so far, and each time was better then the previous visit! They are friendly and professional. Last time Dr. Man had my tooth out in about 5 minutes (uncomplicated extraction) and it took me 55 minutes total to get in and out. Highly recommended!

As someone who has high anxiety about visiting the dental office, Dr. Cha and his staff at the Tikhatnu location made my experience truly amazing. Not only were they wonderful to my children but they exceeded all expectations in dental care. Our initial appointment was just to have my daughter's teeth cleaned. During which we found that she needed a cavity filled. She was not scared and instead loved the visit to the dentist and thought her lip feeling "funny" was great. They even took the time to clean my teeth and take care of my cavities all while I had a seven month old in a stroller which they helped keep entertained. Talk about customer care! They really do want to keep their customers relaxed and happy. They CARE about their patients. Thank you to Ruth, Rachel, Bethany, & Dr. Jethra Cha. We love BTY Dental at Tikhatnu Commons.

Went to Tikahtnu BTY dental and the facility was super clean and very professional staff from front desk to treatment team! Dr. Cha and Shelby worked together to fix my broken tooth and this was done without pain (root canal!) and with a lot of care! I feel less afraid to go to the dentist after today. Thank you!! Will definitely return for my dental care!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the phenomenal work of Dr You and his caring staff! We just moved to the area and they took me in as a walk-in patient an hour before closing for emergency care. With me in tears, scared and in pain, Dr You was very gentle explaining every step of the procedure. He stayed after hours to help me, we didnt leave the office till after 10pm! This was hands down the best dental experience of my life.
Went in for a cleaning and checkup. My dental assistant, Willow, was incredible. Fun to talk to and explained everything in great detail. Dr. Lee was super attentive, and very gentle during the cleaning.
The office admin, Ryan, was fabulous and helped me with all my financing worries.
The entire team at the Tikhatnu BTY are tremendous.
