I broke a tooth Sunday night and called first thing on Monday. They got me in at 1130 and fixed my tooth right away. Dr. Li explained everything to me as she went along. Courtney let me know how much it would cost me with my insurance prior to the procedure and Lakeva made sure I was seen the same day. I just got to Alaska, but they treated me like a member of the family. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone.

These guys have good reviews for a reason. I been going here for 1.5 years now, since we got stationed here. I recently worked with Dr. Han and he is amazing! I have done a lot of research before finally deciding. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the JBER spouse page, BTY is the best. Just made a quick stop here to check & clean my niece’s teeth, and the staff was great! While We were there, Dr. Han, Dental: Tang, & Admin: Alize we’re on duty and they provided great service to me, my sister in law, and niece! It was such a great experience, and we were given everything we needed.

We went to the Dimond location about 45 minutes early before our appointment time as we were close by already and went there after our eye exams. We had missed a flight and had to reschedule our dental and btyDental accommodated us! We were early so we filled out our paperwork and the looked around. We were inspired by the video playing about happiness, good advice on that video. We started looking at the walls, the sayings posted really encouraging things! The was something about a dental mission trip to the Philippines pretty amazing. The staff there was courteous, and all my answered questions well. The told me what my insurance covered and what it would not. They gave us options. The one cavity I had was filled quickly with no pain. I was very happy with the exam, teeth cleaning and people working there. I would recommend this place as I am a satisfied customer!

Awful experience. Asked for a receipt is like asking the world. Have reached out multiple times with no reply. Quoted the wrong original price, it was more expensive. They rushed my whole crown experience due to not listening to me when I had to go out of town. Then blamed me for the miscommunication. I had to be charged extra because of their mistake.
On top of that the assistant doing my crown molding was too busy chit chatting with her co worker to do her job and had to do a molding twice because of it. Just over all unprofessional and lack of customer service experience.
