I've been a patient of this office for a couple years and no complaints... except one: I sent an email from their website on 9/2 to request an appointment. I got an automated reply that same day stating, "We will contact you shortly so we can better understand your needs, serve you better and schedule your appointment." It is now 9/25 (three weeks) and I haven't heard anything via email or phone. Just curious: does anyone check the office emails?

Today was absolutely amazing!! I was super nervous today but I had nothing to worry about. I felt no pain at all from the pokes to numb me to the actual procedure. I'm so happy I could cry!! Doctor Scott Cairns was gentle and very accommodating. π― will recommend this office to everyone I know. You have cured me of my anxiety to get work done. Thank you!!!!!! :)

This place is horrible. Every time I scheduled an appointment. Mind you ahead of time, they have called to reschedule. The dental hygienist gets onto their patients for not keeping up with their dental hygiene but seem to not take into consideration that the reason is because their scheduling team cannot honor scheduled appointments and we constantly have to reschedule. I had to reschedule two appointments in a row because they cannot keep their dental hygienists. I can see why employees choose to not stay employed here. If this is how patients are being treated I canβt imagine how they treat their employees. Then when addressing the concern, the person over the phone makes rude comments about how everyone has to take off of work to make appointments. The point is I scheduled the time due to my work schedule. If it was not available, then it should not have been scheduled!! This was out of line and I will not go back or refer anyone to this location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I highly recommend them. Received outstanding care from Dr. Scott Ferguson and Shemae today. Both were experienced, personable, and professional. The front office was equally impressive. Office manager Yelena is exceptional, going above and beyond normal duties to accommodate my needs. The other front office staff was experienced, courteous, and inspired confidence.in addition, the facility was convenient, modern, and spotless. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years, and I would recommend Fountain Modern Dentistry above them all!

Absolutely amazing. I had a bicycle accident and broke my jaw and lost or broke many teeth. She has spent so much time with me coming up with course of treatment and coordinating with my oral surgeon and orthodontist. She has called me on her day off when I have contacted her with questions. She is compassionate, detailed in her explanations and takes all of the time I need in order to answer all my questions and explain the pros and cons of course of action. Her work on my teeth and gums was as gentle as possible and she took the time to give my jaw a rest as she was performing work. I have never felt rushed and to top it off her staff is fabulous. Highly recommend.
