My first visit to this office. Dr Janica pulled my tooth and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. She made the whole visit literally painless. I will be using her as my dentist from now on. Thank you.

I've had two different dental hygienists and they both have been so gentle with my cleanings. Growing up, I HATED going to the dentist because the dental hygienist they had at our small town place was not gentle and so I just assumed that's how they all are. WRONG! My dentist, Ryan Pfeifer, also was amazing and offered to file down a tooth for free for me that I had chipped a couple years ago. They are just amazing and don't try to nickel and dime you. They don't pressure you into things if you aren't ready to financially afford something, but they do advise you on things you should start considering getting done. Example, I need to get my wisdom teeth removed sometime soon as they have started causing me pain, but we don't have the money yet and I don't want to use credit for it. Each cleaning, they simply ask if I have thought more about scheduling the removal, I say yes but not ready yet, and then that is it as far as talking about it more. So glad I found this place and highly recommend them!

Edit: After having read some of the other reviews, I saw somebody mention they had to pay before getting work done. I had the opposite experience. When I got some pockets filled, I paid after I had my teeth worked on and the amount I paid was significantly lower than what I had been previously been quoted 2 visits (a year.)

I've had nothing but excellent service here. My children enjoy going to the dentist, and I enjoy the level of care that our family receives. I've had cleanings, exams, a root canal + crown, and every time I have been thoroughly satisfied with the job they have done. I would specifically recommend Dr. Gillette, and Maddie Noss for hygienics.

I am the worst dental patient on the planet. I am terrified of having work done in my mouth. Doctor Gillette-Backstorm and her team are the best. They made me feel at easy and did amazing work. I wish all of my experiences at the Dentist was as good as this one.

Terrible dental clinic! Beware of their predatory business practices. They will up sell you on expensive treatments, then send you to collections with no notice when the insurance company denies the claim. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Thank you Dr Carins and staff. Took great care of this old lady that fell and chipped her front tooth. Looks great now.

I'm very happy with the work they have done. My only thing is that even with insurance the out of pocket money that I have spent seems to be a lot. I guess getting work done on your teeth is important but in my opinion prices are outrageous.

I chose this business after moving into the area. I have never had any problems with my teeth and I had just seen my previous dentist shortly before coming here. Besides the staff being rude, it seems that every visit that I have I have been told that I needed an expensive procedure. First, the first thing they commented was that I have regular, metal fillings and have offered to replace them with some porcelain product. Obviously, they don't bother me so I declined. Next, they told me that I needed a crown on one of my teeth. So, I got the procedure and $700 later (after insurance) it was still in pain. They then tried to tell me I needed a root canal, which I declined. Turned out that they put it in incorrectly. Still have problems with it from time to time. Next, I asked them for a new retainer. What I got was a very expensive piece of plastic that does not fit my bite. On my last few visits they decided to tell me that I needed several more crowns on several more teeth because my metal fillings were bad. I have no pain and no problems. I doubt I even have a cavity where my fillings are. The lady at the front desk kept pushing me to get the procedure and pay for it then. I kept telling her "no" and I could not even afford it anyhow. Her response, "Well, use the credit card you used last time". People, this place is a scam organization. They advertise the amount of crowns they do and display it in their front lobby. I am going to get a second opinion, but I don't see how I went from having no problems for years to suddenly needing crowns on all my teeth.

Dr. Gillette is truly amazing!
I have needed an extensive amount of dental work over the past year and she was been so wonderful to work with.
I have struggled in the past with anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and she is so patient and kind I truly feel at ease in her dental chair.
I highly recommend Dr. Gillette :)
