I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20+ years. Dr. Barta was amazing and catered to my fears and concerns!! Serena was amazing with my children during their cleanings! They took great care of my children and watched them for me while Dr. Barta worked his magic. There's also an AMAZING lady with a pixie cut and glasses who works the front desk!! My children fell in love with her! After 3 visits..... this place felt like family!!!!

Really unprofessional.
For example husband took the day off to have his tooth extracted and when he arrived they took an x ray, told him the oral surgeon wasn't there, and rescheduled him.
Another example is a day before my cleaning which I had scheduled far in advance they called a few days and said they actually didn't have any hygenists.
I came to them for over two years but now I've had it. My family and I will go elsewhere.

Dr. Cairns at Fountain Modern Dentistry is a great Dentist. He did a crown for me more than a year ago and it was a pretty painless experience. Because his skill level is very high, the amount of time spent working on me prepping for the crown, build-up, etc. was kept to a minimum. The crown and bite was perfect from the get go. More recently, Dr. Cairns helped me with a pretty severe TMJ problem (jaw was stuck closed every morning). After several months of treatment, I am very much improved (no more sticking or pain) with a very workable solution going forward. While at first I thought the cost of the TMJ treatment was expensive, after seeing how much professional time was included in all the follow ups (plus the appliance), it turns out that the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Dr. Cairns!

If I could do negative stars I would rather do that than instead of giving 1 star.
My husband and I have gone here and we will not be going to be coming back and I suggest that everyone else needs to be avoiding them as well. We were there with in the past month, because my husband had to have 3 wisdom teeth removed right away. When we got there we checked in did all the paper work, I gave the office manager Christina Whisenant all of our dental insurance information then we went in back normal stuff x-rays were done then we talked with the dentist about what teeth needed to be removed and that my husband also needs to have a bone graph done as well. After the dentist left of course the office manager Christina Whisenant came in and told us that our cost for what needs to be done would be $3,000 and that was supposed to be after our insurance company was billed. Well of course we can not afford a bill like that, we discussed what we can afford since my husband is disabled. He just got the three teeth removed without the necessary bone graph. Somehow that miraculously reduced our price to $450.00 after our insurance company paid their part. About a week later we kept getting phone calls from Andrea stating that the insurance information wasn't correct then, on another call Andrea left a message saying we have a discount plan. Well in this new day and age I went to my insurance companies website and saw that they never submitted anything to them even though they were given the policy number and contact number for our insurance. Well I guess they lost it, hmmmmm but then how were they able to give me a quote on how much it would cost thru our insurance. I ended up emailing them not once but three times to give them the information again. Of course they don't read emails because we kept receiving calls from Andrea saying we have no insurance and we have to pay our bill. In the mean time we are receiving bilks in the mail from them for $543.00 ????? I'm just baffled by how they came up with a different amount. Well enough was enough we called up their office and spoke with Christina Whisenant about the cost going up all she could say was I don't know why you are getting a bill for more if says in your file you owe $450.00 then I questioned her about the insurance problem. Then all the lies started first it was you have the discount plan, then it was the insurance company couldn't find you in their system finally it was you didn't give me the correct information wow really three lies in one phone call. So with her on the phone I proceeded to call my insurance company and put it on speaker so she could hear that their is coverage and it is a ppo not a discount plan. Well, she was speechless and then tried to ask me for the insurance information again, we told her that if they actually checked their emails than this issue would have been resolved awhile ago. They were told by us that we want everything all paper work including the quoted price and all the billing codes that they are submitting to the insurance since they like to fraudulently charge patients and the insurance companies. After someone contacted the insurance company she (Christina Whisenant) calls back and then tries to speak with us about our benefits we told her that the only people who we will speak with about all the deception and fraudulent activity in their office is the owner of the business, law enforcement and my lawyer. I contacted the insurance company and notified them of the issues and I also proceeded to let them know what was done and that this business has fraudulently charged other insurance companies and even their own patients.
If you go here take a close look at all bills from them and also keep a close eye on what they have charged to your insurance.

I had my four wisdom teeth removed in December 2019. I paid everything they told me to pay and that was the end of it. Until June 29th when I received a letter from a debt collector in the mail stating that I owed Fountain Modern Dentistry 237 more dollars. I was obviously very confused by this as my surgery was over 6 months prior and I hadn't heard a single thing from Fountain Modern Dentistry since the day of my surgery. I called them first thing the next morning very upset and confused. I was informed that they miscalculated the amount my insurance was going to pay and now I was responsible for the 237 dollar difference. I understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for Fountain Modern Dentistry never contacting me once in the 6 months to make me aware of my balance. My family and I will no longer be patients at Fountain Modern Dentistry due to this awful experience.

My fiancé was there on 9/12/16 he arrived at 3pm and left till 7:45pm. They got all of he's fillings and cleaning done in 5 hrs. The reason why is because the didn't want him to reschedule I truly apretiate all of their hard work. I am grateful they took good care of him and they were nice enough to stay after their shift to help out a patient. I work in the medical field and I know how much of a sacrifice that is thank you ladies. Great job keep it up!

I have went here, my kids, my friends and their families, and my husband. My husband gets his cleaning and the hygienist calls after the weekend with a VERY disturbing and unprofessional message. NEVER has someone who cleaned someones teeth, not surgical procedure, called with sentences such as: Was thinking of you all weekend, wanted to know how your weekend went, Hope you had a good weekend, You can call me back if you want to but you dont have to, see you soon, adios amigo, and I been thinking of you. Thats crossing the line to unprofessionalism. The Office Manager stated she is very friendly. Well, you have lost our business after MANY years and I will share my experience with others. May want to re-think your friendliness.
