Kramer pulled my wifes wrong tooth and charged us for just for her to go in a week later in major pain from the tooth right next to it then told her it will cost more money he shouldnt be in practice better dentist right up the road and honest

This office is great for cleanings and regular X-ray. However, when it came time to get my wisdom teeth out, they really dropped the ball. They were so busy figuring out how I would be paying for it that they forgot to give me my pre-operating instructions! I had not had sedation since I was a kid, so I ate lunch, not knowing it would mean I couldn't have my much needed surgery. I have had pain for 2 weeks now and their next available appointment is 2 months away. So - since they were more interested about my bill and my money, they have now lost both as a result of poor customer service. I will be getting my wisdom teeth done elsewhere. I will still get my regular cleanings with them, but they have lost my trust on the bigger things.

Dr. Lamm is AMAZING! I had to re-do my Ortho treatment after having braces in my teens and he introduced me to Invisalign as a great option. The staff is accommodating and friendly and always quick to address any concerns and see me when needed. I love my new smile and refer all of my friends and family to see Dr. Lamm. Thank you!!

i took my son in and he had to have 4 root canal's done Dr Barta took care of cody and made him feel at ease my son and i both love Dr Barta and would recommend him to any one ..if you need things done on your teeth Dr Barta is the one you want..... Thanks, Very much Dr Barta your the best.......

Took my 2 boys here for their appointments. It was my 4 year olds first time and he was extremely nervous! The lady did a fantastic job with him and made him feel completely comfortable!

So I've been going to this office a few years now initially had the best dentist I have ever had he sang Taylor Swift songs great guy anyway he moved :( its been a bit and I needed some filling I take a medication that makes my mouth dry and commonly causes cavities per my regular dr. I drink water all day long stay away from soda etc.. anyway without fail I get cavities. So I go in for my checkup and ofcourse I need some fillings. Most of them are fairly small and on the front teeth. They said hey we can get one or two in today sure I say. He comes in and says I can do all 6 yes 6 I didnt realize I needed 6 but lets get ahead of this and get it done. This started the worst most miserable dentist appointment I have ever had. I had to be numbed 3 times never happened to me before. I feel like he didnt have the time and rushed through it because tonight was the second trip back to the office after the first one fell out this one fell out while I was brushing my teeth, I expect the rest will follow I hope its still under warranty. My understanding is it was not done correctly the first time. I would like to just have the remainder redone but Im not paying twice. So my filling falls out during late lunch for my friends bday so I have rush before they close but Dr. Hubbell got me taken care of she was thorough and kind. Her assistant Andrea C. made sure everything matched and that I was happy with what it looked and felt like. They really made it a good experience in fact it solidified my decision for my son to get braces there. This second time was the same experience I hope the right Dentist gets the credit for all this work even though the treatment plan was with the other Dentist. ( I've worked in a dentist office before) I will continue to go here as long as I get to see Dr. Hubbell.

I was rudely condescended because I chose not to allow x-rays to be taken before a simple cleaning, despite having had x-rays taken at this very office 12 months prior and being in excellent dental health. I was told xrays were "required" before my cleaning. Sorry, but that is simply not true. They do whatever they can to exploit your health insurance. I find that unacceptable, especially when my body is concerned. I am not the Goose that lays the golden eggs.
