Fountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

My family has gone here for years. I have recommended them to family and co-workers and they all like them. This weekend my nephew was in pain and they fit him in with no appointment. I can't express enough how much I appreciate their professionalism and understanding throughout the appointment. Their main concern was to make sure he was no longer in pain and made sure we were aware of what needed to be done in the future to help him with his dental care and check ups. Thank you so much for all that you do! Highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful dentist here, but they left. The new one wanted to ignore my history and my unique medical situation. Didn't care about the previous treatment plans that worked, and is the reason we are gone.
Unacceptable to not even consider what was useful in the past.

Couldn’t be happier!! I’ve been welcomed into Fountain Modern Dentistry with more than one dental emergency and I am profoundly impressed with the genuine compassion that was extended toward me. Dr. Gillette and her team are capable, confident and professional. The front desk staff took the time to carefully explain payment options and I received both a reminder call and a follow up to make sure my discomfort had been addressed. I am a customer for life!!

Had severe pain due to a wisdom tooth. Fantastic service, right to the point and excellent execution of the tooth removal. Fast, painless and efficient. Couldn't be happier! Thanks again.

Today was my first visit to a dentist in 4 years and my first visit to this one ever. I'm so happy and confident after just one visit that this will be my go to dentist. In fact I go back tomorrow for a treatment. Very excited to get back into regular dental check ups and cleanings. Thank u to the staff for being so inviting and knowledgeable. That helped tremendously. Looking forward to treatment tomorrow.... And coming from me that is HUGE. I'm not a fan of dentists period and I can honestly say I'm very relieved to have found them.

I really wanted to like this place after reading a lot of positive reviews, and, to their credit, the actual visit, hygienist, and dentist were lovely. However, my husband and I have been dealing with a billing nightmare since taking our daughter for her first dental cleaning.

On their website it clearly states that cleanings with x-rays and fluoride are $99. I verified this with the receptionist when I made the appointment for my daughter, and she said that that was correct and that it might even be less because my daughter is too young for x-rays and fluoride. Awesome. Made the appointment and went in. All was well.

A week or so later we received a bill for $253. I called the office and they verified that something was wrong with my account and said they would correct it and send us a new bill.

A week or so more goes by and we received another bill for the same amount. I mistakenly thought it must be a mistake and decided to continue waiting for the corrected bill. Instead, I got a collections notice for $253.

We called the collections agency to say we were disputing the charge and called the office again. AGAIN they verified that our account was billed incorrectly, and said we could pay the $99 and it would cover our account and that would be the end of it. Awesome. We did that and I have the bank statement to prove it.

A week or so go by and I receive ANOTHER collections notice for $253, not even acknowledging the $99 they took. At this point I was extremely frustrated, so I sent an email to the office through their website and my husband and I called after we got off work. Same story. They remembered us and said they would let the collections agency know. We requested that they copy us to the communication or send us some sort of receipt to show that that communication took place. Never got that.

Today we received a letter from a lawyer and behalf of the collections agency for the same $253. I am beyond frustrated now, which is why I am writing this review. We plan to go in tomorrow and demand they fix the issue while we are in the office. This has been going on far too long and they are going to destroy our credit over something ridiculous.

I should also add that we have not been allowed to speak to anyone in billing directly, only the front desk people.

Long story short, the office visit was great, but the billing department needs to get it together. Be wary of this place, they may bill you incorrectly, take your money, send you to collections, and ignore your attempts to fix the issue.

Dr. Hubble, Dr. Ferguson, Dr. Nielsen and all their support staff were all great with helping me fix a tooth that had been taken care of improperly from another dentist. I would highly recommend going to this clinic. They made every visit easy as possible and have been very caring and supportive through the entire process.

Crazy painful and expensive idea to perfect my midline I’ve never heard something so asinine wanted to pull my teeth and give me implants and a bridge but than told me I needed my crowns replaced so don’t think I can trust this guy at all also took over and hour for him to start my mediocre and painful cleaning

I really dispised going to the dentist. Dr Gillett was very patient and treated me very well. Her knowledge professionalism and honesty made this a very easy experience for me. I think I found my lifelong dentist. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
