My son had a great experience here, as did I! He had been to a couple dentists in the past, each seeming to want to overhaul his entire mouth- in the process, one of those places messed up his crowns and a nerve. At the other one, the staff wasn't very friendly and they were slightly on the rude side. The staff here are extremely friendly! Filling out new patient paperwork at home instead of in the office saved a lot of time! The dental assistant had an answer for all of my son's millions of questions. The dentist seemed to really care about my son and what had been done before, and what needed to be done now. He broke it down into a couple treatment plans to not only help my wallet, but to help my son, so he didn't have to sit through too much in one sitting. Everyone was really professional and caring about my sin and his teeth. I will be taking my other children there shortly for their check ups. Best dental experience I've ever had- and my son ever had. He was really happy that they had smaller pieces to go in his mouth for the xrays, and he liked their 360 degree xray machine. He can't wait to go back! He wanted to go back the next day! He is 7. I will be bringing my 8 year old in a few weeks. He has never been to the dentist because he has Aspergers, and I hadn't found one that he would be okay with...until now! I know he will love his experience as much as his brother! Stay tuned for THAT review!

My 5year old is TERRIFIED of dentists and doctors. She went in for an appointment today and let me just say we have found our new family dentist! The staff were amazing! The dr was amazing! Jesse really went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable, even had her LAUGHING. She is actually looking forward to her next visit. Thank you for taking the fear of dentists away from my daughter!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service. I have been trying to get help with my veneers for 3 months now but I have had no help when I have called and been into Fountain Modern Dentistry.
This is my situation. I cracked a veneer and went in on to the office in November 2018. My 2 front teeth veneers were removed, an impression was made, and I was told my new ones would be in within 3 weeks. I paid the amount of $2,160.00 in full. At this time, I had 2 temporary covers put on my teeth.
On January 4, I called in to see where my veneers were because no one had contacted me. Dr. Barta personally called me back on January 7 to tell me that the veneers were lost and I would need to have another set of impressions made. I had another impression done on January 14 and another set of temporary covers put on.
On January 29, I received a message on my phone that my veneers were in and ready to be put in. I called back and was told the veneers were not actually in and that Dr. Barta no longer worked at the facility. I was told I would have to wait until February 19 or 20 for Dr. Barta to come in to have them done and that I would be contacted for an appointment. It is now February 13. I have not received a call to schedule an appointment for next week. I still have temporary teeth and am unable to bite or chew correctly. I have had to grind up most food to eat it.
At this time, I am tired of waiting for my veneers. I have paid in full, I have called, I have been in, I've had 2 sets of impressions done, I have been lied to. I want this resolved and am not having any luck when I talk to anyone. This is terrible service and I will not return once my veneers are resolved.

I have been going there for three years but today the service was awfull, unprofessional. First time I get my theeth polish before my cleaning. They put me on the pediatric room and have to wait more than 20 minutes for a Dentist. I'm not going back again, neither my family.

My husband and I had the same experience as the person below. The dental hygienist refused to do a cleaning because she said we had deep pockets and gum disease, and said we needed an expensive $1,000 cleaning. She tried to scare us saying we could lose our teeth. I told my husband to not believe her and that it is a money making tactic. He went and got a second opinion at a dentist's office next door and the dentist there said he did not have gum disease and did not need the deep cleaning. The dental hygienist named Stephanie I believe is very rude and condescending. Her attitude makes me not want to go to the dentist. I've also noticed they will try to charge your insurance company for everything possible, including procedure codes that you didn't even get done while you are there. They also circulate their dentists so you never see the same dentist.

Decided to make this my families dentist as well as myself but on the second visit I overheard three of the girls up front (2 looked like techs in scrubs but idk) talking about a patient and how disgusting his teeth cleaning was. I finished booking my next appointment and immediately found a new dentist in fountain. So happy I did. The teeth cleaning I had done at Fountain Modern Dentistry was like a 30 minute appointment At most, the new dentist I transfer to in Fountain took like 2 hours to clean my teeth, talk to me and x-ray. If you have insurance don't waste your time with this place because whatever they did was not annual cleaning it was more like an "annual brush your teeth for you". Inmy experience.

Also I'm slightly embarrassed about my teeth as they are very very slightly crooked. But that was so unprofessional and extremely rude. I felt bad for that person who they are talking about because it's expensive to take care of your teeth with or without insurance and then to have someone just talk s*** about you while you're trying to better yourself/Be healthy is disgusting.

Poor practices. I'm a first time patient. Set an appointment in regards to preventative dental care as well as ortho consult. Was told over the phone both could be done. When I arrived they dodnt get me in to see the assistant until almost one hour after I arrived! No one at the desk had the courtesy to explain why, I just waited. Then, once I met the dentist I was told in regards the ortho part of it, I would need to set up a separate time to see the orthodontist, which I was under the impression on the phone that it was a dental AND ortho appointment. As it turns out, there was not even an orthodontist there that day at all!! Very disappointed with this practice and will not be returning.

This place is by far the worst I have ever seen!! They wanna charge people for things that is completely uncalled for. They don't even deserve a one star. They can't even do a damn root canal, that shows you how incompetent and stupid they are. My dentist did a root canal on a tooth that had nothing left and these so called dentist can't even do one. My wife went there to have an extraction and they almost ruined her mouth. The retarded dentist left bone fragments in her jaw, almost dislocated her jaw because they used the wrong mouth piece. They took out her filling from another tooth and instead of them fixing their mess up, they told her that she needed a damn crown (not surprised). They also tried to turn around and charge her $2,400 to fix their damn mistake and told her that they will only charge her half, un friggin believable! If I can cause these people to lose business, I sure as hell would because they don't deserve any business at all. And we're pulling our daughter away from them.
