Very disappointed! Ended up there because of moving. I was told I needed scaling done on 3 of my teeth, even though I have never had any issues before ever and neither at my last exam 3 months prior (different dentist, before move). My out of pocket expense was supposed to be over 325 Dollars! After I said I wouldn't pay that much, the estimate was all of the sudden only 105 Dollars, because some unnecessary stuff was taken out of it. I wasn't told how much I would have to pay for the aftercare. I was denied a regular cleaning (for which I had the appointment that day) until I would get the scaling done. The hygienist also tried to scare me with possible bone loss and losing of my teeth if I didn't get the procedure done. So I left and got a second opinion. Guess what? I did NOT have periodontal disease and I did NOT have pockets that required deep cleaning/scaling. In fact I was told that I had awesome teeth and gums. I recommend getting a second opinion if they try to tell you that you need dental work done. It saved me a lot of money and pain! Me and my family will NEVER go back there again!

I Visited the dentist on the 15th. You have an assistant. Linda Kelly. Who I would say goes far and above her duties at the clinic. Linda took care of me on the 15th of April and I have never been so impressed with the warmth and care she gave while assisting with a molar much needing repair. If I could I'd give her an bunch of gold stars. I am 82 and nervous with dentists but she certainly kept me calm and relaxed with her gentleness!!

We have 4 sons and all of them go to the Fountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics. I have bringing them there for about a year and half now and I have never had a bad experience. We are always greeted by the staff up front as soon as we walk in the door, the hygienist are pretty prompt and the Kids Dental side really handle my Autistic son very well.

Dr. Reynolds is friendly and does an excellent job making me feel at ease. I had to get two crowns, and although I was there for 4 hours, Dr. Reynolds was attentive and did an amazing job; couldn't feel any pain the next day and my crowns were beautiful. Dare I say, I almost don't dread going to the dentist if Dr. Reynolds is doing the work.

The endo-dentist, Dr. McKissock, was terrific! What a funny man, and very smart. The office staff is cute and friendly, but do not seem to know what they are doing in terms of billing and insurance. I was ready for my root canal and bridge, when I came in. The front office and billing was not ready for me. The billing lady said she had been unable to get a person on that line. Well really? It took me all of 1 min. to get my insurance people, and hand my cell phone to her. That little rant and plus she wanted me to pay them $300 before I stepped into the dental chair. What?! Yep, the front office is hard core about getting money. The procedures, and my temporary bridge, which fell out yesterday, cost aroun $2400 for me, after my insurance paid them an additional $1750. The dentists are wonderful, and so are the assistants. So that is why I give them 3 stars.

Pain, Pain, Pain.😱😱😱 STAY AWAY
I’m a 38 male and went in to clean an infected bone graft. The doctor never offered me any kind of anesthetic, even when he saw me shaking on the chair. I left the clinic and cried in my car. I was in shock.
If you like pain, this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t, find another doctor.
After this procedure was done, I asked for a refund so I could do the bone graft again at another clinic and after trying for months I got my refund denied.
I assure you there are better clinics in Colorado Springs. I’m a real person and this is a real review. I’ll stand by my word. If you need more information, just call me at 4333462.
