Fountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Dr. Gillette was great! I needed crown work and it's never been easier. The process was simple, painless, personable and done perfectly. Everyone in the office does their part to make sure your experience is pleasant rather than clinical - yes that's probably the first time in my life that the word pleasant has come up when describing a dental appointment involving more than a cleaning. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Gillette and the team at Fountain Modern Dentistry. I especially love their broad use of technology to provide exceptional dental services - a 90 minute appointment for prep, fitting, fabrication and installation of a permanent crown is impressive!

Dr. Barta and his assistant Sam really helped me out. I had an emergency - I broke my crown in half (initial crown was done outside of Colorado). Their office was able to get me in right away, and I left with a wonderful new tooth. It feels and looks much better than my first crown too. Painless!

Do not use this dentist. I had a filling done back in august 2016 and been having issues with it ever since. The dentist first screwed up the filling when they did it and i was in pain for 3 months. Within 3 months of being in pain and having 6 different people including a specialist they tell me that they dont know why im having issues and they kept redoing the filling. I finally said screw it and went to the dentist across the street. They took xrays and found out that they left air pockets and spaces that were not filled properly. I went back and asked for a refund. At first they tried not to but i took the xrays over with me to show them the crappy work they did. They finally gave me a refund. Still 1 year later i am still having issues with my tooth and anxiety with going to any dentist. I highly would not recommend.

My Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics: From start to finish the process was fast and remarkably easy. The facility is super clean and the staff is kind, patient, happy and very polite. I could not have asked for a better experience for my child who was traumatized by another dentist. Thank you for taking the time and being so understanding with my 7 year old son. Words can not express how much I appreciated this wonderful experience at the dentist. I wish we could have found you guys years ago!

I have very healthy theeth and I've never had problem with my theeth. I went to this place jyat ro have my annual theeth cleaning , I was new to the area and this place wasn't far from home so I decided to give it a try. As soon as a good inside I had a bad vibe from the people that work here. Very rude hygienist . They kept telling I had many problems with me theert and were pushing me for a very expensive procedures. I told the ladies at the desk that I was going to think about this and that I wasn't sure weather I wanted this procedures to get done on my teeth . After 2 months I've got a bill of 140$ for something that I don't even know what this is for. Never again.

I met with Dr. Kramer and Linda. They are both very good at what they do! I personally enjoy the laid back environment and they treated me like a REAL PERSON! Not just some number! Linda noticed some work that I had done from a different dental company and ran it past Dr. Kramer - Linda was able to fix it and after 6 years of constant headaches and the inabilty to close my mouth all the way on one side, I was finally out of pain and could close my teeth together! They have been, by far, the best team I have had work on my dental needs and I appreciate them so much! Thank you to them and the staff for being so kind and fun to be around, making my experience and all around joy! Thank you Dr. Kramer and Linda - You guys are awesome! :)

I wish I could give zero stars. My appointment was at 11, however at 12:15 I had to approach the counter and ask for a refund of my copay. I was told that they were "running behind" however not one person had the courtesy of relaying this to me. I can assure you that myself and my family will NEVER return here again. I should have checked their reviews before going in. Just sad.

This dental office is the most dishonest and corrupt practice I have ever encountered. I was new in the area and decided to go there for an exam. They told me I needed $900 of dental care that my insurance would not cover (scaling and root planing and 5 fillings). I was very surprised as I had just been to the dentist 6 months prior in another state and had been told everything was fine. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Mesa Ridge Dental right across the parking lot (they were great!). The dentist there told me that there was no way that I needed any type of scaling and root planing procedure, and that I only needed 1 filling. He measured the pockets in my gum line and said there were no areas greater than 3mm (the dentist at Fountain modern dentistry had "measured" pockets that were 5-6 mm) He told me this type of practice is sometimes typical for huge corporate dental offices that are based out of state. I could not believe that a health professional would be so dishonest and attempt to do unnecessary treatments (which is health care fraud) just to make a little more money off me. My second issue came up with this office's billing practices. My insurance and I were billed for procedures that were not completed- this is also considered health care fraud. I had a letter from my insurance stating I owed $300. I was very surprised as I went in for the basic exam and didn't even get a cleaning. When I called to question it, I was told they made a mistake with their coding. The woman I spoke to in billing said she would remove the false codes and correct this mistake with my insurance (who had unfortunately already sent them a check). She said I would not owe them anything. However, just yesterday I received a bill from Fountain Modern Dentistry for over $100 so I am going to have to call again. Fountain modern dentistry has given me a lot of stress and wasted several hours of my time. This practice is shady and fraudulent. If you are new to town and looking for a dentist, don't make the same mistake I did!

I went in for my yearly cleaning and was very satisfied with my visit! Andrea and Dr. Hubbell were both very professional and experienced. Julie in billing was also very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back.
