Staff was decent but the dr I saw was terrible. Treated me like a number. When I asked about the procedure they brushed me off and didn’t listen nor answer until I called them out and said you’re obviously not paying attention and I can take my money elsewhere. Then all of a sudden the dr starts listening as I speak and answering my question...I can’t with these types of Drs. Very disrespectful and lacks basic bedside manor. Will never return here.

Horrible service I don’t recommend at all . This is the 3rd time than I have issues with them. I went today at their office and they just make me wast my time. They Did a crown moths ago and was sensitive since the begging they said was normal but and I have to deal with that, now it’s more sensitive and today told me they need to refer me with the specialist. I am not happy at all they took my money and I am still have the problem. If they are the specialist and they know what are they doing they should recommend me at fist time and not just take my money or at least explain the options or possibilities.

I waited maybe 5min for my cleaning appointment. The hygienist was courteous and very thorough. I was finished in less than 30 minutes and was given a courteous goodbye on my way out.

I had a retry long wait to get xrays (cleaning was quick). I was not impressed by the fact that receptionists did not wear masks. As far as I know Duval still has a mask mandate & COVID numbers are higher than ever. This is a disservice to the public.

Waited 40 minutes with no explanation of delay. Received x-rays, then waited 25 minutes for the dentist to rush in. Again, no explanation of delay. I chose to skip waiting on a cleaning....

Dr. Anthony is the absolute best! I have never in my life been so blessed with such a great dentist. I can not say enough great things about her. Brittney and Cindy are just a few of the staff there that go above and beyond. If you have to see Dr. Marcos he is on point, his team is great and you are in good hands! These people have forever changed my life, and I'm beyond thankful!
