Waited 50 minutes in the lobby before being called to a room. I reminded front office staff that I was still waiting and my appointment time had passed! Patients time is just as valuable as doctors. When patients are 15-minutes late, the appointment is canceled and a no-show fee is assessed (at most offices)…

The orthodontist takes time to explain and answer questions on every visit. We even got same day braces when we did our consultation!

Filing a report with the state. This is the worst place I have ever stepped into. Waited 1 hour to be seen. Once I was seen about 2 or 3 people were in and out bumping into the dentist causing him to hit sensitive parts in my mouth. I explained the discomfort the debris had a panic attack and ran into the back office. It was so bad they did not even charge me a co pay . The front desk woman acted as if this happened on daily. Absolutely unprofessional. Not welcoming at all all about money not patient care.

Not all Greenberg’s clinics are the same but the only in Atlantic Beach rocks. The staff, the doctors, and the premises are all top-notch.

Horrible horrible experience. And I've given them a couple of tries the only thing that comes to my mind is generic dentistry. Another way of putting it would be assembly line dentistry seems like the doctor had no clue what's he was doing

Dr young and the assistant were great but the hygienist Leo hurting me and kept doing it until we had to end the cleaning, doctor young took over and the rest was fine.
