Friendly service and professional staff. I go there with 13 year old daughter and never feel they are 'looking" for added services. Been going for 5 years and will continue.

Staff and doctor were pleasant today. My wait wasn't long for an early appointment. Doctor found and solved a problem on the spot I didn't know that I had. It was, however a light day there. Phoning there (or any Greenberg office) through group system is next to useless, but not this office's problem.

It took three days before they called me back. When I got there for my appointment I waited a half an hour before the doctor came in. After asking if I was having any problems, he said I needed two new crowns because he could see metal. On one of them, I had had a previous root canal and that is the way it looked when I walked out the door that day. Time to find anew dentist.

Front desk staff ladies were attentive and friendly. X-ray technician, Dentist and Hygienist were are professional, skilled and had excellent customer service skills. Everyone took time to communicate one on one.

My Temporary bridge came out 2 days later. The pain i originally went in for was still bothering me on top of pain from them pulling a tooth. Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment to come in. To get that appointmenti had to call another office location b/c the office i originally went to in Atlantic Beach didn't return any messages. Definitely would not recommend. The staff was friendly but the actual dental work and returning calls sucks.

Came bc of an old crown fell off. Was given a great service! They run a lot of promotions, too! As a reference point, the guys next door charge for the same thing 5x...

Mr Bonna Delbert has been my dental hygentist for many years and he is the BEST. He exudes that I CARE attitude and does an awesome cleaning with no pain or anxiety on my part. That is important to a 77 yrar old. Front staff are cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. They procrss the insurance forms. Yay. Great dental office. Been with Greenberg for 12 years

I am as scary as they come when it comes to going to the dentist- Everytime I've had any issues with my teeth Greenberg Dental has come through, the staff and the Dentist are absolutely amazing- very relaxed atmosphere and painless procedures-💯. Thank you all..

Greenberg dental is fabulous. I will be honest with you - I don't brush or floss. But, Dr. Greenberg and his incredible staff/sidekicks make miracles happen. If you want a beautiful smile, but don't want to work at it, Greenberg dental is the place for you. Could not more highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

After reading the reviews here I went in for my appointment this morning with a very critical eye and was expecting the worst. As I believe strongly in spreading the word about good experiences as much as the bad, I felt I needed to come and share my experience. The front desk staff was extremely kind. Not rude at all. The dentist, Dr. Broe, was anything but rude. He was very pleasant and helpful. There is also a endodontist at this location that I dealt with last week at their Orange Park location who I have to mention, Dr. Marcos. He was extremely kind and compassionate when I had to see him last week to get a broken post drilled out. I apologize-I can not rank a dentist visit as "loved it" no matter how great the staff is, so I did not give them five stars, but four. :-)
