Made an appt for March for my two children. Had to reschedule for April 1st. I had a 3pm and a 330pm appt. Got there a few minutes early and proceeded to check in. Girls at counter told me they didn't see my children on the list. Told them appt times were for 3 and 330 and they proceeded to tell me appt was at 1pm and the dentist left for the day. I told them the initial appt I booked back in March was for 1pm and that I had to reschedule making the appts for 3 and 330. I explained that someone called me that day to verify my childrens insurance coverage and didn't mention the time. The woman that called me was at the counter and acknowledged the phone call. Another young girl proceeded to tell me that they called me the day before the appts to confirm. They DID call me and leave a message however no where on the voicemail did they confirm the appt times. We proceeded to go back and forth about it before I just asked them to reschedule the appts. Woman who called me about the insurance coverage apologized (with a bit of an attitude) and rebooked appts. Another thing that bothered me was during my childrens last appts my 14 year old went back by himself but my 8 year old wanted me to go back with her. She is timid, shy and like most kids doesn't care for the dentist too much. The dental assistant told me that they prefer I stay out in the lobby when I got up to go back with my daughter! I have NEVER been told I could not be with my child during a dental or doctor visit. So far not very happy with them but they are one of few dentists on my childrens insurance plan and I have to go to them. Will give them one more chance and see how things go but overall I am not impressed and have seen better customer service at fast food places.

This office is absolutely horrible... After calling for three weeks multiple times a day I finally got in touch with a human being... After being out on hold for 30 min finally booked my xrays and clean g which I waited 3 hours to get... Yall need to learn how to run your office or get better receptionists

Everyone is always Pleasant and Nice and the Dentist and Staff are so Professional!! Enjoying my Experiences!!

Dr. Antony is not a doctor for children. My daughter is 14 and is scard of needles. Dr. Antony told her she is too big to be acting like this and she does not have time for this she has too many patients to play around with her in a stern voice. My daughter was under laughing gas to help her so she was under medication and nervous. But Dr. Antony had no understanding and did not talk to sooth her nervousness... She just got up and left my daughter in the chair and her staff... I got up and said excuse me doctor three times and Dr. Antony ignored me all three times... Then I lost it. Not only does the doctor have no children skills but then she ignored me to talk with her to apologize on how my daughter was so nervous and could we check into other options. But Dr. Antony disregarded my child and I. Dr. Antony is not good with children. And very rude to the parents that have a child that are nevuse about needles.

Great, positive vibe between the hygienist, x-ray tech, & Dr. Carter. Waiting room could use an upgrade, but an overall good experience.

I entered their office with my 8 yr old son with the sign on the door that says We accept Cowards............ I found that offensive and not something I wanted my son to see. I arrived early and had provided my insurance information over the phone prior to my appt. I was not given any information prior to my 1st appt to fill out paperwork online etc. They had a hard time contacting my insurance , even though they knew they accepted it and made me wait til they got someone on the phone. We waited 1 hr. I had to keep asking,, even after the office was completely empty of patients. I was told it will be a few more minutes twice. After waiting for 45 min i decided to have something to eat while we were waiting (there were no signs saying I couldnt) and the receptionist told me you cannot eat in here abruptly after telling me it would be a few more minutes which ended up to be another 2 minutes. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE The Dr spent less than 5 minutes talking with me about my son that was there for his first visit. I WILL NEVER GO BACK>

Cracked 2 molars; separate incidents, both times the staff was excellent with working me in and repair the cracked tooth. Highly recommend

Everyone has been very kind and professional. I do have difficulty getting in touch at times by phone and I wish they provided access to the internet. Other than that I am more than pleased.

Dr. Carter as well as the rest of his team were all very wonderful and gentle with mom. Their diagnosis was as expected and they guided us properly to the next step!🤗
