I called this office to make an appointment because I was having trouble getting an appointment with a pediatric dentist. Unfortunately this office did not have an appointment available that works with my schedule but the receptionist was nice enough to take an extra 5 minutes to find an office that had an availability. It really stuck with me that she did a little extra to help me, Thank you!

In terms of the actual visit they did a fine job. Things just moved at a very slow pace. It took almost 2 hours for a simple cleaning and check up.

Greenberg is not the best place to go. I once had to get my tooth removed and was sent to the regency location where the dentist was VERY ROUGH and the staff was very passive. I then made an appointment with the beach location and they had me on the schedule because I had an EMERGENCY and once I show up they tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Not satisfied.
