The Dental hygienist is the star. The doctor is always a different one and this time he didn’t introduce himself so I don’t even know his name. He looked at our teeth (me and my son’s) for less than a minute total! We usually wait for about 30-40 minutes before being seen and then the actual consultation takes only seconds?!! Dental assistant was nice too and did a good job.

If I could give 0 stars, it would be appropriate. Front desk staff does not adhere to COVID precautions and guidelines and did not wear masks. Waiting room and check in area had no provision for social distancing, even though they assure you on their website that they follow all the current CDC guidelines.
There were insects in the exam room, several of which landed on me while I waited to be seen by the dentist. Once he arrived and looked at my x-rays, I was told that I had to come back because he does not actually perform the service I need, even though I was very clear when I booked the appointment what I needed. They gave me a date that the correct dentist would be back in that office, or offered to find out which office he was in so I could drive to another office an maybe he could see me the same day.
Dental Technician pushed their dental plan several times, even though I stated I did not need it.
I was not impressed and was actually disgusted. I have had services there before and had no issues, but I will not be returning for any further care.

The staff here has always been super friendly and responsive. They got me in and out efficiently, helped me figure out an insurance issue, and always had a smile on their faces. I drive across town to see them and will continue to do so!

It's a very nice dental office. Early morning appointments (7:30 to 8am) run an hour behind. ALL staff are personable and professional. However, just had perio cleaning and my tech seemed to be a student working without supervision. But I think he did a good job!

The staff was great to me, and the price was super. The time waiting between x-rays and cleaning seemed a bit long . the three "room" area is not private enough, had to listen to an employee and customer loudly trying to discuss further treatment. It went on for twenty minutes, leaving me stressed.
