Very friendly staff. Dentist is very nice and gentle. Dental hygienist also did a great job!! I never have any issues here. Highly recommend!

Front desk staff did not wear masks. There were bugs flying around the exam room. The dentist could not pull my tooth and I had to come back a week later to have another dentist do the extraction

Took me in on an emergency. Tooth was hurting and it had a root canal. The infection was under the root. Didn't take long and they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and pain. The cost was a little higher than I thought it should be but it's okay.

New to the area this was my first visit to this office. Overall a good experience, both the doctor and hygienist were professional and I felt comfortable with there work

The office followed social distancing procedures.

Alright. So a few months ago I came in to get a tooth pulled. The staff had convinced me to get their discount plan, and told me I was to get two FREE cleanings. I went ahead and bought it after they insisted I did. I had an exam and they told me I had 3 cavities I needed to get filled. I recently called to get an appointment to get the free cleaning and have those 3 filled. The lady on the phone insisted that I needed to have an exam to know what I needed, even though I already knew, since the appointment prior wasn't that long ago. So she set me up an appointment to get the exam and have the cleaning. All at once. I asked her to make sure it was all going to be done that day. She assured me.

Today I had my appointment. I was told to be there at 3, because they had no room for any appointments afterwards. So I left work early, and drove 30 minutes out, and got there at 3. I waited in the waiting room for an hour before they brought me in. Within that hour, 7 people had checked in, and was brought into their appointments. I was the only one in the waiting room who had to wait more then 10 minutes to be seen.

Once I was finally in, they looked at my teeth, and nothing had changed. So they gave me the same quote. They asked if I had any questions, and I asked if my cleaning was next. They said yes, and the cleaning would be 15 bucks. I was wondering why I was now going to be charged, but I didn't question it. They said after I paid, I would be good to go for the cleaning. So I went out to pay the 15 bucks, and then they lady told me to have a great day. After that, I was like, "so... Should I wait in the waiting room for the cleaning?" And the lady said, "what cleaning?" And I was like, "....the one I just paid for??" She then told me that the 15 was for the exam (which I didn't even need in the first place, because I already knew the costs, and the teeth I needed fillings for) she then told me I didn't have a cleaning appointment, and I told her, "well the cleaning was really the only reason I came in today..... That's why I'm here. And that's what I was just told I was paying for.." Then she tells me I don't have a cleaning appointmen.. she then says, "oh, well if you want a cleaning, you need an appointment and it's 40 bucks." At that point I was pissed. I just waited an hour and a half, with the waiting room and the pointless exam, being assured I had a cleaning appointment, and being told I was paying for it with the 15 bucks, and now it's not free.

So I literally just had all my time wasted, spent money on something I entirely didn't need, and didn't even get what I came in for. And I was lied to about the 2 exams per year, for free, with the damn discount plan I was talked into buying. They can expect a call to their corporate office.

Also, during this exam, the dentist dug so far into my teeth.. I wasn't having any pain, except sensitivity when I was eating.. but he dug so far into my teeth, I'm now in constant pain, that is 10x worse then it was in the first place. He kept urging me to come in as soon as possible or it will get worse... Yeah, of course teeth will get worse over time, but I thoroughly believe he pushed harder then he needed to, and actually made me now in pain.. I could be wrong on him doing it intentionally.. but it seems a little weird that he was urging me to come in as soon as possible, and now I'm actually in pain.. and with the rest of the ridiculousness they put me through... I wouldn't put it past this office...

I feel robbed out of my money and my time. This is the most dysfunctional office I've ever been too. I am livid, and I'm not sure if this migraine is from being so mad, or from this excruciating tooth pain.

Dr. Antony is a wonderful addition to Greenberg Dental. I was a patient before Dr. Anthony joined the staff and was considering changing dentists even though I was mid treatment. I decided to meet the new Doctor before leaving Greenberg Dental as a patient and I am very happy I waited. Dr. Anthony's skill, professionalism and her obvious concern for her patients made all the difference. If not for Dr. Anthony, I would no longer be a patient of Greenberg Dental. I have gone from being reluctant to mention my dentist to happily and enthusiastically recommending Dr. Anthony.

We'll my kids was scheduled for an appointment on Friday at 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. When I got there the office was closed . My things is I spoke with someone in the office and scheduled their appointments. I even got a reminder text message of the appointments. How did this person not know that the office close at 3:00 pm. This is the second time that I scheduled an appointment and the office was closed. I will find a new dentist office for me and my kids.
