I have taken my daughter to Dr. Ben Carter first...best dental experience ever. The receptionists were very friendly and informative. The wait was minimal and the cost was affordable. Then the orthodontist Dr. Cao was awesome. So nice, compassionate, and explained everything to me & my daughter. Her assistant is awesome too...very relatable to my 14 year old daughter. They got appointments set up for the next day. The kindest receptionist named Merideth put together an estimate and a payment plan for braces that was affordable and got us right in. Merideth has taken a lot of time & effort to accommodate our busy schedules. ..very sweet lady. Every visit has been quick in and out (except the brackets take more time). Never waited long. Got in and out in 15 minutes so my daughter wasn't late for school once without an apointment. They provide a printed out note for the school she has missed. It couldn't possibly get any better than this!!!!!! I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone in need of braces!

If I could give zero stars I would. . The dentist here is flat out terrible!
He shoved a needle in my 6 year olds infected gum without a topical and of course she cried and after she was called down he refused to pull the tooth!!! I even requested the topical and he lied and said he'd put it on!
And all he did was put the mask on her for oxygen and also charged my insurance for the gas also. ..
And wrote my child a prescription after the fact for a antibiotic (at my request for one) that stated clearly in get chart she's allergic too that also caused my daughter to have to wait in pain longer for him to take another day to write her out another antibiotic script.
My child is totally traumatized by the dentist now and it's a struggle to ever get her in the dentist without tears and fear.
Come to find out the staff lied and also told me he was a pediatric dentist and get was not.. Maybe if he got off Facebook more than a few mins he could actually be a dentist and write a prescription properly and also just maybe learn some bedside manners.
The lady who handles the complaints in this office is a totally rude and mean woman.
I've never been so disgusted by the behavior of an establishment and I've never wanted to literally punch another human in the face before meeting these people.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

Worst dental experience of my life. the staff is extremely rude and Dr. Bro ( think that's how it's spelled is a complete jerk. When I was 8 I was tripped and my 2 front teeth were knocked out.13 years later I went in to have them redone, two weeks after my tooth completely fell apart. He accused me of messing it up as if I would like my teeth to randomly start falling apart . Got it redone (HUGE MISTAKE) not even 4 months later and it's doing the same thing once again. Never ever ever going back. EVER

Everyone was so nice.I would tell everyone that they should go there.

I have been a patient at this location since I moved to Neptune Beach in 2016. Dr. Antony and her staff are great. Short wait times and great dental care!

This dentist is unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful and lacks skills! Refers patients out for anything that involves real dental skills. Unable to perform a simple root canal or any procedure other than a simple exam and filling. She was in Atlantic Beach but now employed with Greenberg Dental Assoc. at the Normandy office-until people begin complaining and then will be transferred to a different office-beware if you have a true dental emergency. You will be charged unnecessary costs, as in "cosmetic upgrade" for a back, unseen tooth; if you question her fee for unnecessary assessed costs, she will refuse to perform your treatment and refer you out to a specialist within Greenberg's Associates/Specialist. Former Patient, who as of today, will pay out of pocket costs to someone not in my network or associated with Greenberg or Chung. 3/12/2020 Jacksonville, Florida LisaG

Too many patients booked at the same time. Wait times excessive. Other than that ALL GOOD!

Carter is so amazing. He moved office and had to follow him. He is so nice and works very well with me.

Excellent hygienist ,can't get response went calling ,answering service not good either
