University Family Dentistry is by far the best dental office I have visited. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and works well as a team. I have had several fillings here as well as two crowns.
Earlier today, Dr. Diaz put my permanents crowns in. Hours later, I realized that one was sitting too high. I called (after hours) and they asked me to come in immediately. When I arrived, Dr. Diaz had a smile on her face and exclaimed that she was so glad I called.
I cannot recommend this office enough. Every time you visit, you are sure to be greeted by a smiling face and have amazing service.

Very attentive to my pain concerns. Warm and polite atmosphere and the price was lower than quoted. The entire staff is on their customer service game. Some on the best customer service anywhere in Gatorville. They do not take their patients for granted, plus they laughed at my stale witticisms.

This place has the sweetest staff ever. They go out of their way to make things as painless as possible. It's the kind of place you'd kinda want to visit a lot (if frequent visits didn't mean something was wrong with your teeth!). Every time I come here, I know I'll be well taken care of.

Updated 03/22: I originally rated Univ Family Dentistry 5 Stars however that was before I realized that, if you have a credit on your account, you won't get a refund for several months, if at all. From what I've been told, before you can get a refund, you will have to wait up to 6 weeks to get a letter in the mail that's purpose is to confirm that their main office has your correct mailing address! Then, after their main office receives your mailed response, they will mail your refund check to you within the following 6 additional weeks. About 2 weeks ago, I advised the local office that I would be moving in a few weeks and they stated that there was nothing they could do to expedite this process. As of this date, I've been waiting 8 weeks for the letter asking me to "confirm my mailing address". Unfortunately for me, I will now be moving in less than a week and so I'm not sure how/when I'll ever get my money back.
Original 5-Star Review: Their operation is very efficient and process oriented and the team of people they have are all very professional and caring. I highly recommend University Family Dentistry.

I just can't say enough positive things about Dr Millward and his staff! I had been coming here before it was University but ha left when my previous dentist moved to St. Augustine. Decided to give this dentist a try. He and his staff are amazing. They are caring, thorough, knowledgeable, fun, competent, etc, etc, etc, etc......I had a tooth extraction that went so much better than I ever expected....and with the barest twinge of pressure. I encourage you to visit their office.....have your next prophy there....Give them a try. Yo will NOT be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a dentist phobia. As a kid I had traumatic experiences with accidents, broken teeth, frequent dental problems, bleeding post tooth extractions. With University Family Dentistry I felt comfortable and they don't make me feel embarrassed. Dr. Dickens and her staff were very friendly, sweet and very caring. My family loved our new dentist! I would highly recommend University Family Dentistry.
